We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wasserfall, great location with direct access to hiking routes. Very good food in the restaurant and very friendly staff

This place is immaculate and the breakfast delicious with a great local variety. The view of our room was not so great but I am sure there are rooms that have good views. It was a great stopping place on our way to Interlaken. They were very accommodating. Breakfast was planned to start at 8 but because we wanted to get an early start to Interlaken, they had it ready early for us. It is right across the street from a beautiful waterfall with an easy hike down to it.

The hotel is nice with a restaurant, available parking spaces and a clean room. The service, though, was weird: no greetings when I arrived, the cookies which were in the room suddenly disappeared, as well as a lamp. I guess they thought two people were coming, and I came alone. It was all very strange.

Toujours un très bon moment passé dans cet établissement ravissant. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et dynamique … vous y trouverez des menus préparés avec soin, les assiettes sont agréables autant à l œil que pour régaler les papilles. Délicieux et autant bon que les menus du dimanche de nos maman … J‘adore cette adresse et je la recommande vivement !

Chambres refaites il y a peu, chacune dans un style typiquement fribourgeois. Propreté impeccable, chaleureuses tout en restant simples, salle de bains hyper moderne et agréable. Vue sur la cascade. Le service est irréprochable, très sympathique, bienveillant. Le plus : la restauration. Les produits sont de provenance locale, délicieux et très bien aprêtés. Les plats sont fins, bien présentés et adaptés aux végétariens. Rien à redire, même une carafe d'eau dans la chambre et un pain d'épices de bienvenue. Je conseille vivement !

Hotel sowie die Zimmer waren ganz toll. Sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Schöne Gegend und ein schöner Wasserfall. Essen war sehr gut. Service im Restaurant: na ja, einmal recht gut und dann eher schlecht. Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit, Fachkenntnis und Freundlichkeit würde da nicht schaden!! Frühstück war echt super!!
