Very clean property, lovely building. The bartender Brandon ia so much fun. Trevor is literally the best! He was so nice, kind, professional and a true help. He was always pleasant every time i came down. I truly hope The Aloft recognized this young man and all his efforts.

The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately the little shelf in the shower became dislodged from the wall when I set all my personal care items in it and fell on my feet. I immediately called the front desk to tell them what happened. An associate came to the room and was very accusative towards us and rude basically saying we broke the shelf. He had no understanding that accidents happen. They moved us to a different room. Upon getting my receipt after my stay I was charged $100 for the shelf. My birthday memory is tainted and I’m very sad about that.

Customer service was lackluster. The individual that checked us, gave us the impression that we were a bother just by showing up. There were dirty linen whwn we arrived in our room, and you could hear dogs barking in the rooms around you, plus doors slamming and the vibrations were felt through the bed all night. I should rate this lower, if im being honest.

Upon check-in we had to switch rooms three times because the tv did not work. We were there for a medical procedure so we would be spending a large amount of time in the room so a tv was crucial. Our third room had a constant fan/running toilet noise that was 24/7 but by that point we were not moving again. There was no dirty laundry bag and the in-shower shampoo, conditoner, & body wash made me break out in hives. The room was very clean and very large it was just the little things really.

No roll-away beds. Did not get what I asked for with ajoining rooms. Personal service just wasn’t there.

Clean, comfortable and service was excellent, price very reasonable for the room and facilities

1) carts to carry luggage are terrible..too small and impossible to steer…very irritating to deal with them after a long drive..really almost useless 2) sliding doors to toilet room do not close..no privacy.My husband says “never again book at Aloft”

Aloft is always a solid choice, super clean and great atmosphere in the lobby (nice bar, live music when I arrived). Helps me feel a little better while on the road for work, even if I'm exhausted I can just pop down for a drink without having to research and traverse Atlanta.

The staff is rude and have no clue to how to behave in the hospitality industry. I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member and one of the most basic benefits I get is a free bottle of water I need. The room had only a single water bottle, so when I called room service/front desk asking for another bottle, they said you have to come down to purchase it for $3. I explained that in all other Marriott hotels, I always get water for free and there are usually more than a single bottle per room. She was rude and said sorry that's the policy, if you want water come and buy it. Never again.
