B＆B ヴェルディ(B&B Verdi)

The rooms allocated were at the top of a 49 step very tight spiral staircase and one of the party had mobility issues! Apparently there were no other rooms in the hotel available so nothing could be done! To rooms were dirty and were furnished with tatty old brown furniture which has seen much better days. One of the rooms had a leather Sofa and the cushions cuts right through the leather. The curtains were filthy in fact they were literally black. In sum the rooms were terrible and need to be totally refurbished. The breakfast was ok but not the sumptuous experience promised in the *********** advert. All in all a very unsatisfactory B&B and a very disappointing experience, we wil not be back!

One of the worst restaurants I've been to in my life. had a lobster bisque and a Caprese. Soup made with pureed fish with a pungent smell and a "particular" taste. The caprese had very hard mozzarella and a "strange" flavored tomato. Then we choose the shrimps with tomato and we notice that it was a piece of frozen tomato with equally frozen shrimp placed on top. All tasteless and the only thing we distinctly noticed was the ice inside the prawns and tomato. The dessert chosen was the millefeuille (only in name) made with a jumble of fruits (strawberry, kiwi, cherry, pear, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and some others) that have nothing to do with the millefeuille they have little to do. Of course, only the name of the place is Italian. Everything else is pure and simple tourist trap. Trap also quite expensive I would say, definitely exaggerated prices

This was a great option for our stay in Bruges! Check in and check out was easy and we were even able to store our luggage in the restaurant before we left. The B&B is RIGHT in the middle of everything, which is awesome. Only thing: we happened to be staying there in the middle of a heatwave, so we were pretty hot at night, and with the window open, we could hear everything going on outside. Including a fan in the room for warmer months would be helpful. Otherwise, it was a great stay and lovely and spacious room!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked two rooms, both were very spacious, well kept and clean. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent and being just off the main square it’s close to everything.

we stayed in an interesting old property close to the restaurant . Our room was on the very top floor and not as nice as the rooms we had last year . Apart from this everything was excellent and the location couldn,t have been better .

Excellent location, right in the centre of the city. The rooms were very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely charming inn, restaurant and tea room.

This property should say clearly in its description that they have no elevator. I’m 69. When they told me I was on the fourth floor I looked at room tested wifi which did not work at all and booked another hotel in the area by visiting it first. Fortunately, it was off-season. Unfortunately, I had a nonrefundable stay so gave up that money and will never choose that option again.

Fabulous B&B right in the centre of Bruges. The owners are really helpful and even parked our car! Lovely comfortable rooms and the breakfast in the cafe was delicious. Had a great weekend visiting the Chris**as markets and lights. Will definitely return!
