Nice hotel in good location

Просто караул, все старое и обшарпанное, завтрак нормальный… уехали после первой ночи…

雖然辦理入住超級慢 但是前台小姐姐免費升級了套房，房間設施有點老舊了，但位置還是很方便的。吐槽下早餐排隊的人太多了

設施：設施齊全 衞生：衞生很乾凈 環境：環境很不錯，有游泳池 服務：服務很好，有西語和英語工作人員，可以很方便的交流。樓下咖啡店也很好。

服務很好，臨時有事需要提前退房，前台立即就給退費了。酒店地理位置也很好，周圍環境安靜又安全。整體性價比較高。

Hotel tres bien situe, proche zone restaurants et commerce. Pas tres loin aeroport (environ 35 min taxi). hotel un peu vieillot avec climatisation bruyante , mais les chambres sont confortables. personnel tres professionel.

住了一週 很棒

3時に部屋に入れず。4時半まで待つも、まだダメ。文句をいったら、朝食ただにするという。5時ぐらいに、部屋にはいるも、熱いお湯がでない。1時間ほどして、やっと熱くなる。これが部屋に入れられなかった理由の可能性がある。

Wonderful breakfast included with stay. Convenient to Hop On bus route for touring the city. Lovely facility although room needed some updating which is happening with current renovations.

Our stay at the Sheraton was very friendly and exactly what we needed! This was a special space as it is perfect for families! I completely recommend it as it has wonderful staff and amenities!

Arrived early, around noon (totally get it) and kept being told to check back in an hour. Finally by 4:30 our room was ready. Hotel is nice, the room was a bit dated, but comfortable. Pool and fitness areas are fantastic! Service at the pool bar left much to be desired.

The pool was really nice. Our room was very dated with the bathroom looking like it was in need of repair. There was peeling paint, a cracked vanity top and the bathtub had curious stains in it. We talked to the duty manager who said she would do something but nothing was done. Check out was horrendously slow. We just wanted a copy of our room statement but I stood in line for about half an hour while they only took people from their premium line. I finally gave up and walked away The other line could have been left for hours for all I know. The food in the restaurants was good and the service was friendly and prompt

A very good hotel. Convenient to get to the cruise terminal. Good service. The rooms are little dated but still ok.
