Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and leisure. I think this one was my favorite of all times. We stayed at Fierro two separate times on this trip. Both times we had evening flights. They have a pool and a shower on the seventh floor they let you use after you check out so you can clean up before your flight. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were a font of information and help and so kind.

This is a very well designed and operated hotel. Rooms are nice size suites, staff is wonderful and dining/bar/patio offers extra value. Near the heart of Hollywood Soho action.

The hotel itself was very cute, and the room was spacious. The breakfasts were amazing, and I especially loved their outside courtyard area. We were offered a complimentary wine tasting, and the sommelier was amazing. He sat with us for almost 1.5 hours and gave us 3 delicious Malbecs to try. Staff were also great and organised us taxis when we needed them. Rooftop pool was great too. It's in a great location, walkable to lovely neighborhoods with many drink and food options. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly people m, booked us great reservation for dinner, gaucho and tango events. Great breakfast and dinner. Can’t say enough good things.

The room was large with a comfortable seating area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We appreciated the complimentary filtered, mineralized water. It was nice to be served breakfast from a menu.
