The room we were given was very outdated. Some of the decor is hanging off the wall. We had booked a double room and were given a room. Two single beds pushed together the beds were not even secured to each other which could make it relatively dangerous. Elderly guests housekeeping was very good. My only comment is that we only had one litre bottle given to us for the 10 days stay and was never replaced after you. We were room 230 over the top of an external bar, which is not part of the hotel, may I say, which was very noisy. I’m very embarrassed to say With some very bad and offensive language coming from it. we only have one elevator the other one was out of operation therefore during the day when the housekeeping staff we’re going about their duties at times we had to wait for the elevator to be cleared off linen cages so we could use it. This isn’t a problem however, I think out pure courtesy the staff should take the cage, out of the elevator and allow the guest to stay there use the lift and not saying I’m going down the lift is full the deck in the hallway leading to our room was very poor with plaster missing quite large gaping hole above the elevator which was out of use, the rest of the hotel was very well kept and in good order so on hold we were only disappointed with our room but were told there was nothing that could be done about this, the very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very polite and willing to help. I have to turn my tension to the rooftop on occasions. The large umbrellas were blown over and ended up in the swimming pool if they had hit anybody no staff available to sort things out, at night the umbrellas will lay down around the pool. You a very interesting obstacle course to climb across to get to the rooftop bar at the gate to the rooftop bar was locked meaning you had to go back across the obstacle course to the elevator down to the ground floor walk-through reception and back to the rooftop bar via another elevator once again not a problem for us. It could’ve been a problem for elderly residence disappointed that there was no bar snacks available to all inclusive guests throughout the day not impressed with having to drink out of paper cups classes are dangerous around swimming pool however even plastic classes would’ve been a safer option , I was not willing to pay €5 deposit for a plastic glass. also being told you had to pay for a piña colada where every other all inclusive hotel I’ve been to it is included in the all inclusive package, the swimming pool also had to be paid for with a deposit of €5 surely a simple towel card could be issued with your door key cards on arrival, I would be very interested to hear the comments from the management if I am going to return to this hotel ever again
