What an amazing hotel. Right in the middle of the old walled city and surrounded by all the ancient monuments, shops and stalls. I joined a group tour and we were so well looked after. The rooms were a good size and had all the amenities one could wish for. The breakfasts made rising early well worthwhile. Such a choice of food. We had three nights here and loved every minute. Definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived here as members of an ASA study tour group in Uzbekistan - fascinating place but for another day. The hotel we understand is a beautifully renovated old caravanserai. From the reception through the rooms, breakfast & conference facilities this is a fabulous property. The staff were delightful but the real surprise was when heading out for a wander one evening, I was confronted by people taking photographs as I came down the entrance steps. I was assuming there must’ve been some celestial event happening in the night sky behind, but no, they were just capturing images of the very impressive facade - a fitting recognition of a terrific property.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of the old trading area of Bukhara. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The best selection of food for breakfast outside of Tashkent. The staff are helpful and courteous. Originally a caravansai, the hotel is beautifully decorated in Uzbek style. Excellent conference room and facilities.

A great, very beautiful hotel. Located a very short walk from the historical downtown, it offers spacious and well-appointed rooms (excellent beds, among other things), and terrific customer service. "Everything for the customer" is their motto, and they fully live up to it. I overslept after a redeye flight, and realizing I missed breakfast, the hotel staff knocked on my door inviting me to the restaurant where they provided a full morning meal. Overall, it was a great stay. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Kind staff. Excellent location at the inside of the old town only 5 minutes walk to the registan. Beutiful decoration and clean room. Magnificent lobby. Definitely we will come back if we have another chance.

Très bonne situation dans la vieille ville. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Odeurs d'égout persistantes dans la salle de bains.

Aproveitamento de um antigo edifício em pleno centro da cidade, que acaba por ser a sua mais-valia. O staff é simpático e disponível. Alguns quartos são fracos mas a maioria é boa. Decoração em estilo local. O pequeno almoço não sendo mau também não é nada de especial.

Trascorso due notti a fine aprile, durante un tour di gruppo. È stato l’albergo che ho preferito, probabilmente per la posizione centrale. La mia camera, pulita e piacevole, al primo piano, affacciava sulle cupole del mercato coperto: bellissimo. Bello l’atrio d’ingresso. Meno la sala colazione al piano interrato. Buona però la qualità e la scelta dei prodotti.
