部屋代が安くて宿泊して最悪のサービスを経験しました。基本的に連絡も少なく、ホテルに常駐するスタッフはいません。ここでチェックアウトして物を置いて出て失ったのですが、探せませんでした。朝に部屋を掃除するときに片付けたのか、それとも発見ができず次の宿泊客が持って行ったのか二つのうちの1つなのに確認を頼んだが、探そうとする試みもせずに数十通電話した末に3日で通話されてから全く物を置いて出た人間違って警察署に届け出て電話しないように言う言葉だけ聞きました。照明もとても暗いです。サービスがめちゃくちゃなので、お客様が切れて価格が安くなる悪循環の連続のようです。 I stayed here because the room was cheap, but experienced the worst service. Basically, even though a guest continue to maka call, there is no one who answer the phone and there is no staff stationed at the hotel. I forgot to leave something in my room and I couldn't find the item after checking out. The hotel did not retrieve the item and did not even try to retrieve it. Either the cleaners took it when they cleaned the room, or they didn't see it and the next guest took it. I called the hotel dozens of times, but they never answered the phone, and when the hotel answerthe phone for the first time in 3 days, I was told that it was entirely the fault of the person who left the item, and that if I wanted to report it to the police, I should report it and not to call any more. I asked them from the beginning to look for the item, but their response was very rude. The lighting in the room is also very dark. 와 이런 그지같은시설 처음봄 청도도 안되어있고 병기물 내리고 물채우는게 수동 인거 첨봄 거이 여인숙 보다 더안좋음 샤워부스터도 녹슬고 개날리도 아님 이런걸 외국인상대로하는게 이해가안됨 우리나라 숙소보고 욕하겠네 부산가족여행 왔다가 와 개실망함

별로였습니다 너무 구려요 청소 더럽고 다른 물건들도 작동 안 되는 것도 있고 일회용품도 전혀 없는 게 다른 호텔이랑 다르네요 다시는 이런 곳 오고 싶지 않습니다

這個房間每天下午辦理入住 然後第二天十一點一定要把行李都拿出來退房 第二天換新房間 如果不退房要多給2萬韓元 晚上玩到了凌晨回來 結果前台沒人 打電話也不接 等了一個多小時都沒人 非常的差勁
