Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI

My impression of Tiger Palace Resort was amazing. All the staffs were decent and attentive at their work. Starting from the booking to checking out, it was an amazing experience. My check in was so smooth. Kudos to that lady in reception. Huge swimming pool to dive in. Food was amazing. The delivery of service was amazing. I can recommend this property to anyone without even thinking. Thank you for making my experience memorable.

I booked a honeymoon package for my nephew from 17th to 19th May. It was a surprise and gift for him from my side as I could not attend the wedding ceremony. As I have seen the pictures and videos which he forwarded to me. Room decor and towel art were very basic, however, my nephew liked it. Food, service and other facilities were good. Firstly, I live in the UK, so pounds instead of dollars should be a payment option. I had to pay in dollars, as suggested on reservation. It was debit card payment so it should have reflected the amount within 24 hours but it took around 3 days to reflect in their account, for that I had to contact Himalayan bank via email to get confirmation. The first breakfast was missed because no one told him the time of breakfast and what was included on th package. The second day package was on AP plan but the service staff told them that they are on MAP plan, I had to contact the reservation person again to sort it. Bishal Subedi was very polite, really nice sales man and very co-operative person who took this booking. He was the only point of contact for me at that time. Overall, comfortable stay but could be better as I didn't see any wow factor. Next year, I'm planning to come here on vacation, hope to see you soon. Bishnu
