Best Western Inn Suites

Front desk staff ( I think her name was Sandra) was so friendly & helpful. She was also there the next morning when we checked out, with a smile on her face. The breakfast attendant was also smiling & spoke to us.

The woman who checked was wonderful. After 13 hours of driving it was great to be welcomed by such a friendly soul

The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast. Nice hotel for our overnight stay.

I liked it was pet friendly, nice breakfast, nice size room, clean, price was reasonable. Room had a musty smell, check in lady was super, super slow.

Very reasonably priced hotel. Pool opens at 6 in the morning! Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast.

Great location and the night clerk was very sweet. We were traveling with a new baby and stopped exhausted at 4am.. We spoke with the check in clerk about a late check out and she said 12 noon will be ok. The room was old and outdated. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean but there was a smell. At 10:15 housekeeping started banging on the door and woke us up. We told them we had a late check out for noon and she said ok no problem. At 11:30 someone came to our room saying we were late checking out and we explained that we had arranged a noon check out and the man said no, you have 10 mins to get out. In less than 10 mins another person came to door and I explained we would be 5 mins as we were getting our shoes on and she said we have 1 minute to leave the room and stayed on the doorway until we walked out 2 mins later. We travel to this area often and will definitely not be returning here and it's definitely not worth $100 a night even if the customer service was better.

Every carpet was cluttered with trash. Room smelled of smoked terribly I had to go buy Febreeze. Pee Stain on bed comforter

We did not stay at the Best Western. I have asthma and allergies so I asked to see a room since it was an old hotel with outdoor room entrances. It was so moldy smelling that I started coughing a lot. We examined two other rooms and unsurprisinglybthe same thing happened. We were told that we couldn't get a refund so we cut our losses and left.

Convenient place to stay since the shuttle I use to get to Warner Robins from Atlanta Airport is with-in a couple 100 yards of drop off in Byron. Rate was good and cheapest within the 4 hotels with-in the proximity of each other. Basically stayed there to rest a couple hours at the end of the day and sleep then get up eat breakfast and leave for the day to visit with family in Warner Robins. "only" complaint I had was the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. It worked in the lobby but not in my room which was was near the end of the building, Rm 116. I only needed it for my phone so I didn't push the issue but something for management to check out. Breakfast was just right. Eggs, Sausages, (Grits if you wanted them), various cereals, bagels, bread, waffle maker, pastries, juice and coffee. Will go back there next spring when I visit. Very friendly staff all around
