Hotel confortable, tranquilo, limpio, con habitaciones e instalaciones espectaculares.

Las instalaciones me encantaron, tenían de todo, el servicio muy amable, amplio buffet, la habitación muy limpia.... Sin lugar a dudas, volvería sin dudarlo

My got food poisoning in the hotel. The staff were very unhelpful. I asked for a doctor to come out- No, I asked if someone could take us to a medical facility as we didn’t know the area- No get a taxi. Ok, order me a taxi please. The taxis are very busy and we have other guests waiting for them! Unbelievable, did not care whatsoever.

Whilst the golf course was lovely, the rooms where a good size, the access from one end of the hotel to the other was like a rabbit warren (not very good if you have bad knees, up and down steps to different levels, with the lifts only servicing some terraces) The buffet meals had a very poor selection and very boring for a supposedly fabulous hotel, (eg the cereals at breakfast where a brand that is obviously brought from a budget shop, the self serve bacon was dripping in grease, not a crunchie bit of bacon found) My personal rating for this hotel 3.5/10 and would never rush back there. We have stayed in lots of golf resorts, so we have some idea of what to expect.

I went to the Fairplay Golf & Spa Resort to scout a location for several interested golf groups in the United States. To my delight, the first person I ran into was the owner who was in a conversation with someone. I asked if he would take a moment to talk with me after they finished. Evidently, this gentleman is not interested in Amercian golf tourists as he never took the time to join me on the terraza. Good luck Sir. If this is how your treat your guests, we will not be visiting your facility.

A beautiful resort, amazing food but wasted rooms, stains on pillows, dirty glasses in the room and sadly none amenities apart from soap and shampoo. The bed is hard as a rock. We found a little worm on the floor on arrival, but taking in consideration is near the golf course I assume this is possible. They also didn't updated their offer in booking and they didn't warned us the spa access is not free. We were left on our birthday + wedding anniversary with that sad surprise and despite showing them they changed the information on the go and while calling them on the phone they simply said they don't care and blame booking they were liars. The facilities are very comfortable but if it rains prepare your umbrella because all rooms are accessible walking and there's nowhere to cover. They offer us a bottle of champagne but we don't drink alcohol and the alternative was water (not a good detail). It's in the middle of nowhere so despite being close to the town there's not much more to do rather than paying to access all the interesting facilities. On the overall, they are only interested in big customers paying for golf experiences. The personal is very nice and they did their best to help us sadly they have limited resources.

A fantastic experience in a wonderful hotel set in a beautiful remote part of Andalucia. Everything about our visit was top class from the moment we arrived to our departure. All the staff we met were so friendly, welcoming and professional. Our suite was beautiful, the pool and garden area was very nice and relaxing. We all enjoyed our dining experiences with the breakfasts and dinners being a gastronomic treat. The golf course situated so close to the hotel was in fantastic condition and my friends and I really had a great time playing it both days. Suffice to say we are booked to return twice in 2024 and are really looking forward to our visits.
