Stayed for one night due to location during road trip . They didn’t have the room type I booked on arrival. Staff was very under trained and unprofessional. during check in they were on a phone call to another staff member. I was on second floor which was not ideal as had very heavy bags and there was no lift (elevator) no help was offered. Indoor pool was closed due to a leak in the ceiling. Which is a shame because that was the reason I booked this hotel. Most expensive and worst hotel for my whole 3 month trip!

Called in advance to make sure pool would be open (traveling with a 6 year old who was super excited for it) and was assured the renovation would be complete. Pool was closed when we got there because the ceiling tiles collapsed! The staff was friendly. The room had an overpowering stench of essential oils. Enough to give me a headache and my six year old to complain. At breakfast which consisted of very select choices of: one choice of cereal, instant oatmeal or yogurt, I learned that other rooms had the same smell. The bed was not comfortable but that seemed to be isolated to our room. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay here which surprised me as I have never had a problem with DaysInn before. I’m glad I did not book this for our return trip!

Great price for a so-so room. The room was clean and the linens were clean. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the toilet leaked creating a puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor.

Staff was friendly, however the property was in shambles. Smelled of mold and mildew. Very dirty, sheets were not changed in our beds.

Very friendly person at front desk at check in. Room very clean and comfortable.

The whole staff showed care and hospitality I will be returning! Our car couldn't make it in the snow and they helped us tremendously.

This didn’t even feel or look like the property displayed on *******, much less the favorable reviews. They “don’t have any kings” despite that being what my reservation was for, pool is completely locked and inaccessible, no basic information was provided (my ID wasn’t checked) and absolutely no customer service. There were also major safety concerns including the door not being secure (inches of light gaping through between the door and the frame), half the lights didn’t work (including no light coming on when the switch was turned on), black mold in the shower, and a toilet that also occasionally leaked and left the floor puddled.

Our first room the sheets had blood and burn holes on them and the toilet stopped working. We had to change room which kept denying our card to enter the room.

The staff at this property was very nice. I was happy with the location and the value. It's ashame the property needs so much work. Disgusting carpet. Replacing it all over the property would be a great start. I found my room to be clean. But, again the carpet was horrible.

The room king bed, I booked wasn’t clean upon arrival, had to be put in another, double queen which was not what I wanted. Hall carpets needs cleaned or replaced. Bed linen needs replaced, one bed looked for lack of a better word was disgusting. Other than that, overall the room was clean. And three or four rooms down, we’re teens partying like rock stars with their door not fully closed. On the plus side, location was awesome. Hate leaving this kind of review as it is not the person I am, so please just take this as suggestions as to what needs to be addressed. Thank you.

The rroom we were given had a terrible smell that did not go away with air conditioning. The pillows were so flat as to be almost non existent. Breakfast consisted of coffee and prepackaged hostess cake or bread for toast put into ziplock bags

Not near alot of people, peaceful and nice staff, tryna get a free night though.

The only reason I gave it two stars for overall instead of one is because of how sweet and kind the front desk staff was. If you can avoid don’t check into roach hotel. It was the only vacancy I could find for Bridge Day - I’m a reporter who made the trip from Baltimore. Also the wifi sucks. The hotel itself needs to either be deep cleaned and fumigated or demolished. I had a hole in my bathroom wall, several roaches running around on the floor, a red stain on the shower curtain, several stains on the sheets to one of the beds. I booked no smoking but the whole place smelled like old cigarettes. The carpet made me wince. I’m not a frills type of person either but this was bad! If I was there longer than two nights I would have left early.

First room had a fire alam that needed a new battery. No one was available to change it. Told to move rooms and come to the front desk for a new one. That room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Returned to front desk for a third try. The third room was acceptable although not very clean. Would not recommend.
