シャトー ドゥ サレット(Chateau de Salettes)

Wow what a meal! This was a really special dinner. The food was amazing, and the wine pairings were fantastic. We especially loved the desert with the basil ice cream. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely vineyards and gardens. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Everything perfect. Only minus is would have preferred as proper shower rather than a bath and hand held shower. Breakfast and restaurant excellent and very friendly helpful staff. Rooms kept spic and span throughout our 4 day stay.

Always eager to try different restaurants in this area we went for lunch . We ate outside with nice views of the vines . The food was good and the service was spot on . It was nice to be asked by the waiter if we were happy to speak French or would we prefer English . It saves that weird us speaking French and the waiter replying in English thing . It was very quiet so lacked a little a**osphere and the grounds could do with a spruce up but generally it was a good experience

Nice Hotel but swimming pool too far from guest rooms, long climb down and up again - not very convenient.

We spent 2 fabulous nights at Chateau de Salettes where we experienced a unique friendly and professional all round service. After a long drive, we were welcomed to the hotel’s wine tasting evening snd enjoyed the outstanding food both evenings, couldn’t resist having dinner in their beautiful shaded restaurant on the second night, which overlooked the vineyard and lush countryside. We also got some great recommendations to visit quality local vineyards, a unique experience. Just a fabulous stay in such relaxing friendly place!

Un endroit paradisiaque ou le chant des oiseaux, et la campagne environnante ont ajouté une expérience incroyable associé aux prestations de qualités. Chambre impeccable avec une vue sur la montagne Noire. Un dîner merci à la cheffe Yazmin

tres tres bel hotel dans un château au coeur des vignes, perdu au milieu de nulle part, suite panoramique avec une vue époustouflante, piscine au calme un peu en retrait , avec les installations nécessaires, petit dej de belle qualité, dans la chambre, pour le prix pratiqué il manquerait deux oreillers, un miroir de courtoisie dans la salle de bain, et la baignoire balneo qui fonctionne car pour nous ce ne fût pas le cas, c'est dommage. Dommage également de ne pas avoir un livret d'accueil en chambre avec les prestations des services proposés notamment du room service , la chaine hifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus Personnel à la réception tres accueillant Ayant l'habitude des tres beaux endroits vos 4* sont largement mérités. nous reviendrons

Pour mon anniversaire , cadeau de ma famille . Donc séjour en famille 3 chambres pour une nuit + petit dej + déjeuner . Un séjour de rêve , hors du temps. Accueil courtois, chambres époustouflantes tout en rénovation de ce château. Une excellente nuit , un séjour reposant. Petit déjeuner copieux, déjeuner raffiné . Piscine un peu éloignée mais sympa , donnant impression de privatisation . Évidemment un peu cher , mais à circonstance exceptionnelle, week end exceptionnel . Nous le recommandons

Cet Hôtel-Restaurant est rempli de charme ! Les installations et l'environnement sont à couper le souffle. Les chambres d'un esprit épuré invitent à la détente. L'accueil de l'équipe est remarquable et la cuisine est sublime.
