Nice hotel with good service. We only stayed one night and it is definitely not enough. Plan to be here next time!

Amazing place, relaxing, clean and near by the see site… Swimming pool in the flower garden… Great food and all the time lovely and supportive staff. During evenings you can walk on the beach or enjoy evenings shows. There is a lot of to do for kids any age in kids animation club. My kids enjoy it and find new friends.

Visiting this hotel solo for a week end of February. Obviously, it’s not yet season, most of the shops, restaurants and facilities are closed, and the hotel is no exception here, which is a pity, as I booked all inclusive. It’s a nice hotel, quite new and modern, at the beautiful Playa de Muro. I suppose it’s amazing in Spring, Summer and Autumn. Buffet restaurant is very good, I assume the selection is more varied as well in high season, but food quality, presentation and choice are good. Service is, well, I feel like most of the time, either in the Tramuntana Buffet Restaurant or in the only open bar, La Cerveceria, I’m wearing my invisibility cloak. On average it takes 15 minutes for a server to ask for my order, while families or couples are served immediately. Not sure if they assume I’m still waiting for my other party to join, but I’m not too pleased with this kind of treatment. Room (standard) is very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the safe is not functioning, and there is no remote control, in case I might want to watch TV. Mini bar is empty and fridge is warm - I did expect this differently for all inclusive. It’s very clean in general, and overall staff are very friendly. I haven’t seen much day and night entertainment, though. Maybe as well low season and not yet operational. One remark to the Gym and Spa facilities: for both, I must say, and I travel a lot to 4* and 5* hotels, it’s among the best equipped Hotel Gym and Spa I have ever seen. BUT: the maintenance of the equipment and overall hygiene in both areas are shocking. No towels in the gym, no Disinfection possibilities to clean the equipment before and after use, kids using the Gym as playground, which is quite annoying and could also be dangerous. Same for the Spa: for winter time way not enough lounge chairs, sauna and hygiene etiquette are not respected and also not enforced by the lifeguard personnel on duty. An example: someone swims, no shower afterwards and enters the sauna dripping wet without a towel! Others wear their slippers in the sauna, I barely saw people taking a shower before and after the sauna. Shower fittings falling apart when touching them etc. it’s a pity for these really nice areas that they are not well maintained. I’m halfway through my stay, maybe things are improving still, but I make them best out of it. Certainly a good spot for families in Summer (though I expect it to be crowded then!)

this place is amazing, beautiful, right next to the beach, lovely environment, very kid friendly and super supportive for friends and couples aswell as families. I feel very safe all the time, night and day. the pool is amazing and the evening activities pull the great day together. i want to stay here forever, and i think everyone should come and visit to get the experience i did. staff absolutely amazing and lovely love Eva and Ellie

The staff are amazing, when we first entered at 3am the reception was so welcoming, they walked us to our rooms and carried our bags. The room is lovely, so nice after a hot day by the pool or at the beach that is 5 yards away, the view when eating lunch is the beach it is amazing and the food and late night activities are perfect, very kid friendly.

Centrally managed air-conditioning making it difficult to sleep as the room is never cool. We have a toddler who is sweating and waking up every night. We have asked twice if we can lower the temperature in our room but apparently it's a sustainability effort. There are probably much greater impact efforts the hotel could focus on that do not impact the customers comfort, sleep and wellbeing. We won't be staying again and will not recommend to anyone. We appreciate what the hotel is trying to achieve but everyone is different and possibly needs a different temperature level so when someone asks for it to be lowered the request should be acted upon.

This is our second visit of that amazing hotel. Now facts: 1. Excellent customer servise and front desc managers support. Immediate response and willingness to help 2. Clean rooms with amazing view 3. Excellent food 4. Family spirit 5. Probably the best place to spend vacation with kid/s in Spain.

Had a very nice stay here with my husband. Hotel facilities are nice and clean. Shower is great! Food caters to an international crowd, although my husband and I were probably the only Americans staying here, and the only non-White hotel guests 🙃. Staff is super nice, especially Lilia at the front desk. The hotel is very much geared towards families - there are babies and children everywhere, which was totally fine. Beach front property with a very clean beach. You do need to be mindful that you will have to pay for a chair at the beach and the chairs by the pool fill up quickly! Meals end pretty early here, especially for Spanish dinner time. Overall, it was a nice couple of days in the sun.

We were greeted for check in at 01:30am by Jose in the warmest way possible. He was so kind and had a lovely “manera”! He told us there was food in the restaurant if we wanted a bite to eat which was really appreciated. Alma attended us a few day times and she was really lovely too. The location is amazing, i really appreciated the aesthetics and well maintained grounds. The beach is glorious! I loved the little pine tree dunas area, but I couldn’t spend any time there without being ravaged by mosquitos! Nobodys fault, but dont forget your repellent guys as the tiger ones bite through thick jumpers even!! We enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge so much! It was great to have indoor pool as an option when weather wasn’t so good. The kids pool with the bouncy thing in was great, and we thought it was such a lovely atmosphere with other families around. Our little boy loved the entertainment in the evenings, particularly the Rock All Stars. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. 10/10! Everybody smiles at you, and there are a lot of staff. The food was GOOD and the only area I would have suggested some changes…although not too much, I just have really high standards compared to most. Quality over quantity was my feeling after the week ended. I am sure it is superior to many many hotel restaurants though still! The selection was amazing, but actually quite overwhelming and encourages greed and people taking more than they need. There is so much to choose from which makes you want to take more things to try…by the end of the week I was bored of having so much choice actually! But I think it was really impressive overall. Particularly breakfast! What a treat, even better if you had a good walk first to build up an appetite. Some things were VERY delicious, while others underwhelming and dry/had been sat for a while and not their best anymore. Some things in breakfast that nobody was choosing and I felt bad about the waste. They need to look at things that are not getting eaten or chosen and stop doing those. Everything on the grills was covered in sunflower oil…seed oils and vegetable oils are so bad for us and something i avoid as much as I can for some years and my stomach was definitely not happy about it that week. I like my steak cooked in beef fat or a little olive oil or butter. The desserts looked amazing, but some of them were not good at all, the Quinoa pudding pot was inedible and needs to be removed from the menu. Some were too sweet and many tasted the same. I would prefer 4 or 5 really great options than 14 mediocre options. One last thing…we were half board, and we bought some cocktails some nights and they were pretty terrible and we paid €9 each one. They tasted like pure artifical syrup, the Lady Chatterly was basically a pint of strawberry syrup (the kind of cheap syrup that doesn’t even contain strawberry). The pineapple juice in the pina colada was not fresh and also a bit weird. I appreciate this
