Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte per il nostro anniversario, con formula all inclusive, purtroppo il chip dei braccialetti non è stato codificato, di conseguenza la camera non si apriva, se non accompagnate dal personale. Esperienza pessima. Non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema per l’intera giornata ed abbiamo terminato la serata in camera per evitare di farci riaccompagnare a tarda notte. Nelle zone piscina invece pochissimi lettini rispetto agli ospiti della struttura. Spettacolo serale in teatro a dir poco improponibile. Per quanto costa, il servizio è pari a zero!

Ottima struttura con camera deluxe spaziosa ben arredata con una bellissima cabina bagno. Dal ristorante ai bar nulla da dire solo complimenti. Ottimo servizio con personale sempre disponibili, il responsabile di sala eccezionale. Animazioni fatta da stupende ragazze sempre disponibili. Servizio spiaggia e piscine ottimo con cambio asciugamani senza problemi

I would say this hotel is 4 star at best. As per the title it has lots of potential but without the execution. I think many of the higher reviews clearly haven’t been to actual 5 star resorts. Don’t get be wrong our hotel was good, but definitely not very good or at the excellent mark. It could be pushing 5 star if everything was up and running and perhaps we are in down season (still it’s mid May?!), but for us there were a few *******, frustrations and disappointments from what we thought we were booking to the reality. You definitely need to opt for all inclusive as there is nothing else nearby due to the resort style. The all inclusive drinks were better than expected with lots of cocktails and friendly barmen at the pool. The rooms were clean and the lower paid staff all friendly. Our biggest annoyance was no air con. The first night we couldn’t work out how to use it so asked at reception and kept getting the same storey - kept promising it would come on, made excuses about laws, very obvious they are lying to our faces. This was pretty frustrating. The room was still 26C degrees and jack hammers / saws outside window/ construction noise starts from 7.30am with window open which is not a time you choose to get up on holiday. Also birds start be very noisy even earlier. Worth noting some of the site (garden resort) currently closed and under construction. In terms of food I have a severe nut allergy. I was looking forward to trying the al a carte restaurants and they are typically better with allergies and provide some variety. But at both despite being very clear I was visibly served nuts on my food. I thought the first night was a mistake but pretty hard to forgive the second night (especially when the same team and manager run both restaurants). They didn’t seem to have any appreciation about how severe allergies can be (inc life threatening)and this made me pretty nervous for the rest of the holiday. Hence one of the main reasons for the rating. Allergy info in main restaurant soso it does have it but often incorrect, seen visible nuts on desert when not listed, also shows nuts in spag Bol & lasagne dishes which doesn’t seem right. Hazelnut ice cream wasn’t labelled and mistook for chocolate one day - luckily I got my boyfriend to try it first. A lot to be improved in this area which is also backed up by many other reviews. Definitely not the 5 star food experience. 3 pools advertised, but only one outdoor pool open. Construction work ongoing and areas of the resort not open. Also sharing frustrations with other reviews. Garden resort next door not open but this is where the extra restaurants are and poor lighting to get to other restaurants. Pool by beach not open & beach bar not open. Again very disappointing. Sun beds aren’t on the beach but in a cramped patch of sand which isn’t like the photos. Also you have to pay to use the spa pool which isn’t advertised. Understand for treatments but not for all inclusive for the

In my opinion, stay with the Sicania restaurant, great service, great food, a brilliant variety with a great chef...Patrick. A fantastic lounge bar with very friendly staff especially Vincenzo and Sergio. More information should be displayed. We were very well looked after following a whole day of travel and arriving late because of a delayed flight and the 2.5 hour journey from the Airport, not your fault. No one could complain, if they do then they must look at themselves first. I would return tomorrow if I could but I will be back.

Wonderful week at the Grand Palladium.. Excellent variety of good quality food. All areas of staff have been very professional and friendly. Arrived very late after flight delay and the 2 hr transfer from the airport to be greeted with a warm welcome and good choice of freshly cooked food. The only negative i have is that the hotel is a distance away from the nearest town. The shuttle bus takes you to Cefalu twice a day for 3 hours, 10 euros return , stopping at the railway station, then you have a long walk into the town. By the time you find where you are going, its time to walk back. Taxi back to Hotel 35 euros.

I am actually writing this review Friday the pool, as we have been here already 2 days and we are blessed to be here another week. I travel about 5 times a years in 5 stars across the world and have been working myself in some of the best places in the Caribbean, I can say that the Grand Palladium Sicily is one of the best I have visited at all level . The welcoming was second to none, making us feel extremely valued, we upgraded to a sea view suite (1141) and were explained everything we needed to know by Gloria which is absolutely fantastic at what she does. The suite is absolutely stunning, next to all amenities and the view is breathtaking. The pools and all ground are super cleaned. The hotel is absolutely immaculate and nothing is a bother when you ask the staff. The food is outstanding. Overall this hotel is extremely well managed and the staff are all extremely well trained and professional. What would I change ? Absolutely nothing . This hotel make you feel extremely relax in a super safe environment and I am so super happy to spend my holiday with mum here . Thank you all so much . ♥️

Fantastic break as a couple where we could relax all day and night. Used the spa for pedicure and was really good. Pianist in balcony area evening was amazing and great atmosphere but could have had more choice of entertainment. Valentino and Chleo from entertainment team were great and made it fun with yoga and ping pong then played cards in evening too and chatted a lot very lovely staff all round including restaurant staff. Great food but poor choice for vegetarian at dinner for main meals sadly. Location remote but €10 taxi to train station to take you to Palermo or Cefalu is handy. Should offer some better rate for airport transfer than €139! Great location by beach was lovely for afternoon or sunset walk. Hotel rooms immaculate clean and great decor very fresh.

Fantastic resort with excellent facilities and easy to navigate in a wheelchair. The adapted rooms were spacious and well laid out. The spa was excellent and the view from the pool was spectacular. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always finding the most convenient table in the restaurants. The food was delicious with a huge array of choices. Special mention to Jose at the omlette station who was always happy and made the best omlettes in town! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay, we hope to return.

A great resort. We had a wonderful stay. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Very clean. Consistently good food in all the restaurants.
