Beautiful location next to ferry and beach…. Felt like I live in nature… thanks ..

The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen with large fridge. The check-in was quick and friendly. The pool was a great refresher after our flight. We had a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was coffee, juice and toast with butter - very basic - but the restaurant views are excellent. Our only complaint is the loud music and voices at 3 am til ? outside our room. Probably not a regular occurrence. We booked our one night here because of its proximity to Puerto Juarez ferry to Isla Mujeres. Easy walk over to the ferry. We would definitely stay again.

The room was a good value and truly a walking distance to the Isla Mujeres ferry. Their breakfast was a joke.

The guy at the front desk told me his system shows reservation only for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it was for 4 adults and 3 kids, He insist I was wrong and i did a wrong reservation, I had to look for my scren shots to prove I was right. breakfast is a joke.

2 minute walk to ultramar ferry. Good for an overnight. Included breakfast was a slice of melon and a dry piece of toast, coffee and juice. They showed us a hand written unpriced list of items. We ordered presuming they were part of the breakfast, they were not and we had to pay extra for these

Although there’s no elevator, we don’t mind. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Also the pool is enough to spend a relaxing day. We booked it as it is right next to Ultramar Ferry going to Isla Mujeres, our favorite island. I will definitely go back here!

The property was just ok. The service was just ok. The rooms got pretty warm. Breakfast was supposed to be included, however, when we went to get breakfast the person who did the cooking was not in the premises. We had to go get toilet paper ourselves because we ran out.

Its a bit run-down. A few roches in the kitchen at night. I liked the balcony, and the dinning area was right next to the water. A good loca y ion near the ferry terminal. Of the did some maintenance, and put some money into this hotel, it would be great, since the lication is so good and fight on the water. As it is I'd probably not stay there again, but it was a very good price if you need to save some money.

Hotel is too old and needs lots of maintenance. The pictures in the internet advertising this hotel were taken in the year 2002 and do not reflect the real way it looks now. The breakfast they provide free is just cold, insipid coffee, watermelon and cantaloupe, hibiscus iced tea, and toast with butter and jelly. The positive things about the hotel are: 1. Comfortable bed 2 . AC units in the bedrooms
