Hôtel réservé et intégralement payé sur Trip mais surprise : lors de votre arrivé vous devez payer des frais supplémentaires obligatoires, en plus de la taxe de séjour, pour un total de 29€/jour correspondant aux “services” (forfait comprenant carte pour accéder à la chambre, nettoyage de celle-ci, serviettes pour la piscine…) donc une addition supplémentaire de 203€ à payer dès l’arrivé sur les 1490€ pour deux, petit déjeuner uniquement, deja payé. Vous n’avez pas le droit d’aller dans la piscine sans bonnet de bain. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Pas de petites supérettes aux alentours. Il faut se rendre à Monopoli pour cela (le mieux est de louer une voiture pour la semaine de toute façon afin de pouvoir visiter la région). Autant certains membres du personnel sont très sympathiques, autant d’autres vous répondent à peine.. (salle petit déjeuner) Dans l’ensemble, nous avons connu beaucoup mieux pour moins cher. Point positif de l’hôtel : les chambres sont correctes. Un grand merci à Trips.com pour leur suivie durant notre séjour et leur professionnalisme car les frais à payer en plus du prix déjà payé ne sont mentionnés nul part lorsque vous réservez sur internet peu importe le site.

We used the resort as base to drive/visit other towns (Alberobello. Monopoli, Ostuni, etc) Attentive, helpful reception staff. Convenient on-site self parking and manned security gate. Well maintained grounds, 2 pools (chlorine & sea water). Buffet breakfast with plenty of seating, including outdoor. Large room with semi-private back patio. Good A/C. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom, abundant hot water. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful resort on the seashore just a few minutes from the quaint town of Monopoli. The food was delicious and the staff excellent. The gym is small but on the beach so a very neat concept.

Quiet setting and nice pool and seaview. Rooms were clean and fresh towel given daily Only lunch and dinner options were buffet which was 30 and 35euro per person. I thought there should have been more options as we were hoping to spend most of our time in the resort, but walked down the seafront for other restaurants instead. Breakfast buffet had very limited choices. Also you were not allowed in the pool without a swim hat, we didnt know this so had to buy swimhats to be able to use the pool.

Nice place to stay. No real beach but right on the water. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about the area. No concierge.

The hotel was OK. Few points that I wasn’t expecting though. Although the check-in is at 5pm, my room was only ready at 6pm. The AC is the room is locked and you can only turn up or down by 2 degrees. Access to the pool requires a cap to be worn which I had to buy… The food options are OK, but limited in range and time you can have them. Towels are only available with a paper card and there was a queue to collect them.

Fantastic hotel! Fantastic staff! Fantastic location! We are a family of 4 including a 4yr and a 1yr old. Once we got to the hotel it had the bed done for the older one and a pack and play ready for the little one! Grazie mille per tutto

It is a good place to travel with kids, but not if you want to swim in the sea. The Beach is a disaster, unfortunately. Adriatic is not a best option to swim, it is not hotel’s fault, but dining buffet food was not good. For the first time being in Italy I didn’t like the food and I love Italian food everywhere in Italy. Also the buffet restaurant at evening has no a**osphere, it feels cheap. We were dining out, because we had a car. The restaurants around are good. We didn’t try a la carte restaurant since the negative buffet experience. Overall it is nice territory, cute buildings, 2 nice swimming pools, one of them is a great option for kids , nice pool exercise program. There is very strange layout for second swim pool, there was no door that opens to sidewalk, people usually climbed over. I never saw it in hotels before, it was quite bizarre.

Didn’t like the pool hours, pool should be open all day and until at least 8pm. Would have liked a sand beach however they made it work. Overall I had a great experience and would return ( if they change the pool hours 😊)
