"On their Web site. It says: "CAMPING AREA ENTRY: Entry into the camping area is not permitted from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Crews arriving during these time slots will be parked in a designated area within the complex." We arrived BEFORE 2pm after driving a long distance as fast as we could to get there in time. When we arrived we were told that we would have to wait because reception closed at 1pm. We have prepaid for our pitch and booked in advance to ensure we would be able to camp on arrival so we were very, very disappointed! Fortunately the receptionist eventually took pity on us and let us in. However this was a distressing experience for us. In addition, the shop and bistro hours are stated as opening at 8am on the door but they did not open at this time."

"Trip でホテルを予約し、全額支払いを済ませていましたが、到着時に観光税に加えて「サービス」（部屋に入るためのカード、部屋の清掃、プール用のタオルなどを含むパッケージ）に相当する 1 日あたり合計 29 ユーロの必須追加料金を支払う必要があり、すでに支払済みの朝食のみの 2 名分 1,490 ユーロに加えて、到着時に 203 ユーロの追加請求を支払うことになります。 水泳帽を着用せずにプールに入ることはできません。朝食はあまり良くありません。近くに小さなスーパーマーケットはありません。このためにはモノポリに行かなければなりません（とにか**の地域を訪れるには 1 週間レンタカーを借りるのが最善です）。とてもフレンドリーなスタッフもいれば、ほとんど反応しないスタッフもいます。 （朝食ルーム） 全体的に、より少ないコストでより良いものを得ることができました。このホテルの良い点: 部屋はきちんと整っている。 滞在中のサポートとプロ意識を提供してくれた Trips.com に心から感謝します。どのサイトからでも、オンライン予約時にすでに支払った料金に加えて支払うべき料金はどこにも記載されていなかったからです。"

"We used this hotel as a base to tour around Puglia. It was lovely, well designed with lots of amenities, with its own beach area. Some of the British group we travelled with were rude and looking to criticise whatever they could find. This hotel was not the one we were supposed to use so people complained, but l enjoyed the stay. There were lots of oleander and trees around the site and our rooms were in separate chalets in the grounds. The table we were alloted was next to huge windows so it was very glarey if you arrived late and all the other seats were taken. The food was fine, with a good buffet range and included lite wine or beer with meals. The staff worked hard as there were several groups using the facilities at the same time. The spa was super, the pool were huge and well managed with a range of entertainments and options we didn't have the time to try out. During our visit two people in our group fell . One breaking both wrists and another on the dining room floor. Both accidents were dealt with by the hotel staff and ambulances were used. It might be useful to stress to visitors that the site covers a big area, and there are various steps and level changes, but this is true of many places. We had a super time , have used other CDS hotels and will continue to do so. Thankyou for a pleasant stay."

"Falta total de profissionalismo e total irresponsabilidade! Garantiram haver lugar disponível para caravana, com electricidade, sem necessidade de reserva, apesar da nossa insistência na mesma. Chegados ao local no dia combinado, informaram que não tinham quaisquer lugares disponíveis!!!! Terrível!!!!! Total lack of professionalism and irresponsibility! They guaranteed that there would be a place available for a caravan, with electricity, without the need for a reservation, despite our insistence on it. When we arrived at the place on the agreed day, they reported that they did not have any seats available!!!! Terrible!!!!!"
