カラカス シモン・ロドリゲス公園周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

En general buen hotel. Tuve estadía de 4 noches. Le daría una calificación de 3,5 / 5. Especialmente por 2 situaciones: en la primera noche se me asignó una habitación cuyo colchón no cumplía en nada los estándares de comodidad, no obstante, se me cambio a partir de la 2da noche a otra habitación que si tenía un buen colchón. En general en esta habitación las condiciones fueron buenas. La 2da situación y la mas critica, tiene que ver con la política de cobro del hotel. La misma no es lo suficientemente explicada en el checkin, haciendo pasar malos ratos al huésped. En mi caso, en el ckeckin pagué el monto de la 1era noche de estadía, con el propósito de pagar las restantes noches y consumos sucesivos durante el checkout. Sin embargo, esto ocasionó que el hotel me bloqueara diariamente las llaves de acceso a la habitación, así como una limpieza tardía de la misma (pasadas las 3 pm). Tuve que hacer el pago total de la reserva para evitar la situación. Por tanto, el hotel debe ser trasparente con el huésped e informar la política de cobro, para evitar acciones que hacen sentir incomodo al huésped. Por ejemplo, informar que se debe pagar el 100% de la reserva en el checkin.

Ubicado en una zona comercial y cerca de algunos atractivos, varias tiendas y restaurantes cerca, la recepción fue normal, rápida, la habitación super amplia, cómoda, moderna, muy buena la limpieza, la cama y almohadas muy bien, con una vista panorámica muy linda de Caracas y del Cerro Avila, el desayuno buffet variado con opciones tradicionales y americano, estaba muy bien, nos sentimos a gusto y seguros.

Very well maintained hotel (heritage) since 1953. Beautiful grandeur kind of a lobby. Wifi working very properly. Decent and clean rooms with very good bed and mattress. Beautiful mountain view from the room. Nice breakfast, can opt for local, French and American style. Restaurant food also great. Security very tight in and around hotel. Safe and commercial area around the hotel with Tolan fashion mall mall (10 min walk) and nice restaurants around in the area. You can pay in US dollars but there is no change in dollars or local valuta in most of the shops. Same for the hotel unfortunately. The services at the reception, housekeeping and hotel restaurants were impeccable. For non speaking Spanish persons, television channels only in Spanish, but that is I believe in other 5 star hotels too in Caracas. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. I found the Venezuelan persons very warm and friendly!

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. El gimnasio tiene todo el equipo que encontrará en un gimnasio especialmente diseñado, incluidos soportes para sentadillas, una amplia gama de pesas, bancos, máquinas de cable y, por supuesto, máquinas de cardio.
