We Stayed here so that we could look around the Cary area. It’s pretty close to the downtown Cary area, very quiet. Was a decent hotel with really comfy beds and good breakfast.
ゲゲストHave a 5 star rating however, there is one experience that was not pleasant. That was with the person on duty at the bar when I made an order for dinner around 9:00 PM. The person was not friendly taking my order and was not friendly when I went to the bar to pick up my order.
This hotel is falling apart and clearly the workers dont care about their job. Ill start with the likes, the grounds were pretty the outside fire pit was nice and had seating available however the paths from the building to the pit and lobby seriously needs more lighting. The lobby was nice enough and the bed was comfortable. Now for the dislikes the hallway on the first floor reeked of rotting garbage as a garbage bag full was left out over night and was there past 12 pm the next day ,smashed dog food and crunchy soiled towels were left outside the doors the rooms ,water spots, peeling wallpaper, and popped wall panel strips greet you as you walk with hallways. The elevator to the third and fourth floor not working was not informed of ths luckily noone was severely disabled. The room furniture needed to be replaced and the toilet still had the previous guest feces in it ,the tub floor had visible dirt stains in it ,the curtains horribly stained and off putting . I could stomach one night but i was glad to to I wont be back or recommending this place. Spend the extra and go somewhere else!! You've been warned!!
PP GI checked into this hotel 3 Sundays ago. I parked in front of camera on the side of building. Went up to the room, came back down and went to Walmart. Went back to room and was there about an hour. About 5:30 or so I was going to get some dinner. Someone had tried to break in my driver's side and passenger's front windows were cracked. My back passenger's window was busted and someone had opened my center console and glove box. I didn't want to have my vehicle parked there overnight so I talked to front desk person who said she would see about getting me a credit for the room since I didn't stay. I have called 5 times, leaving messages with person who answered the phone each time and last time was this Monday I left a voice mail on managers phone. Still no reply. I have an office in Cary since 2015 and have stayed at this hotel over 100 times. Yet they don't think I'm important enough to return my calls. Not a good way to run a business.
