Perfect place to stay in the charming village of Castelvetro. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, parking was a short walk away, and the food at the restaurant was amazing - one of the best dinners we had in Italy. The staff were also terrific, especially Andrea, who gave us great advice on a nearby hiking trail, great food and wine recommendations during dinner, and when we told him the next stop on our trip was Bologna he gave us a recommendation for one of his favourite restaurants there and it did not disappoint. We had debated about staying the weekend here or in Modena and are so glad we chose here, it's really a great base for exploring the region, with wineries, balsamic producers, and the Ferrari museums all within easy driving distance.

Close by parking, warm welcome + help in arranging Lambrusco tour, nice room, excellent dinner and wine matching (for a price), good breakfast, and the nicest hosts-brothers. What else one needs (except more time)? Nothing. Will we return? Of course!

Perfect place to stay in the charming village of Castelvetro. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on the local area, parking was a short walk away, and the food at the restaurant was amazing - one of the best dinners we had in Italy. We had debated about staying the weekend here or in Modena and are so glad we chose here.

This hotel is situated in the histroric part of Castelvetro di Modena. There is a large, public parking (free) about 200m away from the hotel but nothing stops you from parking in front of the hotel first to unload your bags. Rooms are spacious, old style and very comfortable. The restaurant is nice but expensive and you have to understand Italian quite well, to be able to read the menue. Breakfast is extensive for Italian hotels with the option of a fried egg or omelette at no extra charge. I would recommend this hotel more for couples than for business men. In summer time this historic area is certain to be beautiful with several open air dining possibilities near by.

We had a wonderful lunch, with amazing, kind and professional service. Our Sommelier Andrea Made a recommendation of the best sparkling wine, and our gracious waitress Greta made sure that we were comfortable at all times. It was truly one of the best lunch experiences we have ever had. We would love to come back many times. I highly recommend a stop if you are anywhere nearby. In fact, a special trip would be very much worthwhile. The ambience and surroundings are relaxing and the food is outstanding.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, camera ben curata e confortevole. Colazione ricca, abbondante e ricercata. Il personale si è dimostrato attento ad ogni esigenza e gentilissimo. Il tutto è immerso in un borgo caratteristico, un'esperienza da rifare!

Un luogo curatissimo in un borgo suggestivo e tranquillo, davvero da provare sia come hotel sia come ristorante. Offre servizi su misura per sentirsi coccolati come la colazione (varia e abbondante) in camera e sono tutti molto attenti e gentili. Il ristorante è ottimo, da provare i tortellini in brodo di cappone o con la crema di parmigiano e tartufo. Super il filetto alla Rossini! Camera suite Deluxe ben arredata e confortevole. Davvero consigliato e complimenti al personale per l’impegno e l’attenzione verso il cliente!

Abbiamo passato la notte in questo hotel con nel centro storico, bella posizione bella struttura con una pecca aria condizionata poco funzionante e clima un po datato, la notte Abbiamo optato per aprire le finestre.
