These ladies take great pride in their operations. I have traveled for business and pleasure many times to Novello Pallazo. This is always a highlight for my trip. They will do anything to make you feel at home. Rooms and beds are perfect. They go over and above always. I had to leave at 5am and they made me a takeaway breakfast in the morning. I didnt ask she offered at check out the night before. The breakfast buffet is a top mention for my enjoyment here. They also started an honor bar that I truly appreciate after a long day. The new outdoor seating and gardens are very nice. My wife could not make this trip but was very jealous! I will be back shortly. Best John

Classico business hotel categoria quattro stelle. Location comoda da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio gratuito (c'è anche il garage al chiuso dell'hotel). Abbiamo pernottato in una delle due suite presenti nella struttura. Pur non essendo tecnicamente una suite la camera è ampia e pulita, bagno non finestrato, arredi sobri e funzionali, impianto luci discutibile, difficoltà nella gestione del climatizzatore, leggermente rumoroso anche con il totale spegnimento dell'impianto clima. Colazione buona anche se non con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. Il personale è gentile e disponibile alla risoluzione delle richieste. Può essere una valida alternativa per scelta di hotel in zona.

Start with the good. The location can't be beat. Beautiful and you can walk to tons of great restaurants and shopping in minutes and the view is outstanding. The included breakfast is one of the best we've had. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The bad. Like many hotels in Europe the rooms are very small. The shower was literally 2ft x 2ft. We had ants in the bathroom. The AC is locked on 23 Celsius which is 73.4 Fahrenheit, a bit warm for sleeping. Worse part is it would cut off in the night and you would have to turn it back on when you woke up hot. We asked and they said it times out after 24 hours, but we would turn it on at bedtime and it would go off around 1am. Lastly, although it had a nice flat screen TV you couldn't use the HDMI port because it required a security code. We asked and they said it wasn't allowed. Other than the shower, these are easy things to fix to make for a nice experience. Wouldn't stay again without the fixes.

We was very disappointed with our stay in desenzano for our honeymoon. We stayed in malchesine for 3 nights and venice for 3 nights. And to end our trip decided to stay here as it was close to a lakefront for swimming. We thought we had safely researched everything down to having to pay for chairs and umbrellas which was fine. On arrival we checked in early which was great. Our room was one of the more dated ones on the first floor. With wallpaper pealing back in places and only one pillow each. But that was OK as we are not very fussy. What we found very disappointing was the bar next door with ridiculously loud music every night. On 2 nights they had a dj which was so loud we struggled to sleep even with the shutters closed. Staff was friendly but the air con broke for 2 nights and toke to long to fix. Was 35 degrees outside felt hotter in the room at times. Breakfast was OK as long as you got down early, wasn't replenished enough. If you came down for 9.30 not alot left. Road was very busy and alot of police everywhere which wasn't the case on the rest of our trip in other hotels. We tried to find somewhere else to.stay but sadly was to late. So we decided to try to sleep there and head into other parts of the lake like sirmione and day trips into verona. I've never left a bad review for anything before. But felt very let down by the noise of the lido bar which was meant to finish at 12am but some nights went on alot longer which left us unable to enjoy the balcony we paid for in peace! We stayed in a 2 star hotel in malchesine which was by far better then this hotel ( which is meant to be 3 star) with a nice balcony and ratten furniture to relax and enjoy the views. We was so disappointed by this honestly they shoukd make it clear there is loud music throughout the night with alot of people abit worse for wear by the end of.the night. As this suits some but not us. We planned on bringing the children next year as gardaland etc is close by. Only positive is I now know not to. If you want nightlife it's perfect for you. If not give it a miss. Much better parts if desenzano to stay in

The hotel is very good, as are the staff, but the intrusive music at the pool, on the terrace and in the bar was a real pain. Most of the time the music was the stuff you'd hear in a club (repetitive beats, etc.). The music wasn't played loudly but it was there all the time, annoying if you're trying to read. The loungers by the pool are great for lounging, but not if you want to read a book, as the backs only elevate to around 45 degrees, so create an awkward position to try and read. I was emailed by the hotel a couple of times during the stay, and I replied, but there was no response from the hotel at all. Everything else was great, the room, the food at the restaurant and the staff.

Only stayed 2 nights but would happily have stayed a lot longer. Everything was so perfect. Beds super comfortable. Room perfect. Staying right on the lake was an added bonus. Meals were lovely, breakfast plentiful to set you up for your day. Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend it.

Myself and my son stayed at the Corte Cavalli in Sept 23. It's a beautiful old estate 8-10 min by car / cab (15 Euro) away from the centre of Peschiera. The hotel itself can be found at the bottom of a long driveway and is is made up of a number of buildings which also house the reception, restaurant and wellness centre. I have to say that this is one of the most charming hotels I've stayed at for a number of reasons. The rooms themselves are typical old style Italian but with everything you need including air con and beautiful bathrooms. They are cleaned daily to a high standard. Beds very comfy. All staff are warm and friendly and bend over backwards to be of assistance. The pool area is well equipped, clean and very peaceful being surrounded by fields. We stayed half board and the quality of the food was excellent. The only slight negative was the repetition throughout the week. It's a 3 course menu with a few choices for each course each evening. There was something new each day but still, in my opinion, a few more options throughout the week would be beneficial. Waiting staff are helpful and are multi-lingual so don't worry if your Italian is a little rusty! If you dont have a car, Peschiera itself has a port so the ferries which operate as water taxis, can take you to other destinations round the lake - timetables are available online or from the hotel / port booking office. There is also a train station. Verona is 20 mins away and Venice 1.5 hrs by train so perfect for day trips. The hotel has bike hire which is recommended if you don't have a car as constant cabs into town can prove costly. The wellness centre consists of two saunas, large whirlpool and two sensory showers. There is also a treatment room for massages ( charge applies) The weather was great with an average of 25 degrees. Im told its like this in May and September. July and August can be very hot and humid and the hotel and resort gets busy. The upshot is, if you want a friendly, peaceful place to stay in beautiful surroundings to recharge your batteries and read that book you have had bedside your bed for the last 12 months, then this really is the place for you.
