ホテル ビスカリ(Hotel Biscari)

ホテルは素敵で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルにはバーがあると言っていますが、実際にはありません。ホワイエには冷蔵庫があり、そこでソフトドリンクを買ったり、デスクで支払いをしたりできますが、これがそれだけです。そこからコーヒーも買えると思うのですが、尋ねるたびに、バーは閉まっていると言われました。全体的に、ホテルは素敵で、朝食は素晴らしかったです。間違いなくこのホテルに戻ります。

非常に良いロケーションにあり、カターニアの素晴らしい景色を望むテラスでおいしい朝食を楽しめます。 部屋は手入れが行き届いており、あまり特徴がなく、古さを感じさせません。小さなバスルーム。

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Biscari. The room was clean and functional. We also requested parking for the car (for a fee). They serve breakfast on the terrace, which is a beautiful way to start the day. Very good location, just a few blocks from the main square with the Cathedral of Sant'Agata and the Bellini Theatre. Great restaurants and trattorias all around. Oscar and his staff accommodated any requests we had.

Our stay at the hotel Biscari was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean, the room service was very efficient and regular. Everything was perfect, but Oscar, the owner, made the best impression. He was so kind and polite, always at our service and whatever we needed he immediately provided us with it. We are so thankful to him and to the whole team of the hotel.

We had a great time at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Catania. It had a convenient location, breakfast on the terrace was delicious. The hotel owner and staff were very kind and ready to help.

Everything was beyond my expectations. Perfect location. All landmarks are nearby. The most polite and helpful staff I’ve ever met. Even though they are not fluent in English they always found a way to communicate properly. Oscar is the English speaking guy who helped us with every question we had. The stairs are doable for people with normal mobility and the staff is always helping with the luggage. Even the heavy ones. Thank you Oscar. Thank you people for being so friendly and helpful. Nothing was missing for us. The staff in the kitchen remembered our preferences from the first day and they were always giving us the coffee as we like it even before we open our mouths.

A characterful hotel near Piazza Duomo. The rooms are modernised in an old building. The hotel itself is on the 2nd floor with stairs to access it. The stairway decor needs some help however the hotel itself is well maintained. Staff are helpful. The airport bus stop is about 30 metres away. The rooftop breakfast is a great way to start the day. Ask for gluten free bread when you book if required.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Great staff! We enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the hotel and we are really very satisfied. The rooms were clean, the staff is kind, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel is in the center of the city and the place is safe. I really highly recommend it!
