クラブ セレナ リゾート(Club Serena Resort)

場所: ホテルに到着するまでの非常に悪いでこぼこ道。施設の周りでは特に何も起こっていません。部屋: 私たちはデラックスなプールアクセススイートのうち 2 つに宿泊しました。衛生レベルには疑問があります。床は非常にべたべたで、屋外シャワーは故障し、電気は2回止まり、スイートの1つは鍵が故障しており、部屋はまったく施錠できません。バスルームの設備はほとんどが錆びています。超低水圧。プール: 透明ではなく、庭のプールにプラスチックが見えることがあります。ただし、レストランの横にあるプールは魅力的です。ビーチ - 満潮時にはよく見えます。満潮時のみ。宿泊施設からは美しい夕日が見えました。サービス : 平均的で、圧倒的なものは何もありません。食事と朝食: ビュッフェ式朝食は初日はよかったです。アラカルトは良くありませんでした。バターをリクエストしたところ、バターは無いと言われましたが、トースターとジャムはあります。 2日目の朝食はビュッフェの種類が非常に限られており、やはりアラカルトは良くありませんでした。

住んでいたホテル。 ☹️☹️ 本サービスは、表示されている「標準」を満たしていません。時代遅れの部屋。石灰岩で満たされた別の時代の蛇口。 Wi-Fiは客室内では機能しません。朝食: 表示されている選択肢はありません。放棄された印象を与える放置された外観。作業は進行中です。今日私たちはここに滞在したことを後悔しているので、これは絶対に必要です。それはすべてからはほど遠いです。それにもかかわらず、スタッフは献身的で、私たちの失望を可能な限り軽減するために尽力してくれました。大規模な改装は、時間の経過とともに老朽化したこの施設に最大の利益をもたらすでしょう

私たちはリゾートでとても楽しい滞在ができました。セーフティボックスとヘアドライヤーがあればいいのにと思います。また、私たちが宿泊したツリーハウス 2 には温水がなく、機能しておらず、エアコンは古くて少しうるさいです。それ以外はすべて素晴らしいです。

My Titas from Canada and US together with my Cousin who work from Dubia and other cousins decided to have a beach break after the wake of my Tita so we all decided to try Club Serena Resort. It was the best choice we had because we had rested and enjoyed a lot. The accomodation was perfect and the staff was so accomodating that it turns our mini vacation in a perfect gate away. Everyone love the place despite the slight problem of the wifi because of its serene place that its almost a private resort for us even there are other guest. We surely go back in this place.

Great small resort in Moalboal, no so hard to find in the north side, the beach is really good, good spots for snorkeling, saw some sardines in the mornings. Staff very helpful, room clean and tidy, restaurant offers different choices of food for local and westerns! Nice experience

Great Resort. Beach is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, the rooms were great. The staff are fantastic Richard at the front desk is an absolute gem. It’s our second time here and it’s a great spot. We paid 6k for a great room. It’s about a 15 mins from the main town so having transport is a must. Highly recommended.

Had a very brief stay, but the experience was good. Staff welcomed us with drinks and snacks and accommodated requests for use of safe and takeaway breakfast. They also assisted with luggage (there's a flight of stairs to reach the villas). The room is romantically lit, with good quality finishing, and they provided an air purifier. Unfortunately there were mosquitoes, which is to be expected. The security is mainly located at the gates of the entrance to the hotel, though the property has beach access, and I did wonder how safe it was that the sliding doors to the rooms had no locks and the balcony in front of it was not exactly insurmountable. We checked out in the wee hours of the morning, and it wasn't a problem. The roads leading up to the hotel are narrow and takes some time for a car or vane to navigate. Toiletries provided were comprehensive, and they had a very handy and necessary hair dryer in the room. Compound is large and there is a pool and bar area.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and while I would like to have had another day or two in Moalboal, I regret staying here at White Beach - all the action is at Panagsama beach and is the place where you should stay. The White Beach is more like hard stone and stray dog beach, and you're miles away from all the bars, restaurants and activities that Moalboal has to offer. As for Club Serena, it's just okay. The staff are lovely and the grounds are okay, but we had problems with the garden villa where we stayed - TV wasn't working, the Wifi was unusable and the shower was a weak dribble. The road to the hotel is a pot-holed dirt track, so hang onto your hat! One positive, if you can call it that - we were delayed getting back from Oslob and were going to miss the 12pm checkout, but they kindly moved our stuff out of the room so that we didn't incur their 50% (!) late checkout fee. My partner was against them doing this until she heard how much they were going to charge... I also hired a motorcycle from the hotel - turns out, it belonged to one of the staff. On the last day of my rental, the horn stopped working, and the owner insisted that I pay 350 pesos for the 'damage'. I paid to avoid any confrontation.

I was so stress out back in the city because of my work and I really want to go to the beach somewhere in Moalboal for a quiet time. Good thing I knew about this in Moalboal where it’s secluded and I can really take some break from the hustle and bustle. The food were really delicious, and I really had great quiet time.
