Overall it was a great option for families travelling to Porto. A bit small in space though.

Loved staying here! Highly recommended! Like home-clean, comfortable, spacious, great amenities, amazing hospitality, good location, quiet, safe, great for remote work, gym and rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay!

Before we booked a 3 night stay, we did some research on the Apartments, and were sold the idea of staying by the fact they offered secure underground car parking at a very competitive rate. Location was good and it was surprisingly quiet at night, so having a window open rather than air conditioning running was our preference. The local Metro was a pleasant 5 minutes walk and we tended to use it for going into the City but nearly always returned via local taxi which were fairly priced. The apartment was spotlessly clean, a good size and was well equipped with accessories, although I don’t think there was a kettle for making tea or coffee … very strange. The guys on Reception were very helpful and informative and deserve a special thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed here, although the last time was 9 years ago. The place has kept up it's standard,as we had a very comfortable stay. It is maybe a bit far from the centre for some people. It's a nice walk into the centre, or they have a great metro system,and the station is only 5mis away.. The beach area is a great place to visit either walking or a good bus service.. There are a few.bars and restaurants local to enjoy

A superbly appointed 7th floor apar**ent; 24 hr hotel - style concierge service and safe underground parking; five minutes walk from a Metro station

We stayed here 4 nights in June and was very satisfied with value for money. The apar**ent building is located just a couple of minutes from the metro station and the reception is open 24h. The room was very large, modern and clean. In the kitchen there was also a washing machine and a dishwasher. All in all the apar**ent has everything you need, and the only small downside was the bed that was a bit firmer than we like.

Boavista Palace Serviced Apar**ents is my favorite place to stay in Porto. Their team are extremely professional and friendly; the apar**ents themselves are spacious (ask for one on a higher floor so you'll have a great view), and the location near Casa da Musica, Bom Sucesso Market, and Cedofeita is perfect -- plus you're only a 2 minute walk to the Carolina Michaelis metro station .

There is 24 hour security on the front desk. Everyone there was friendly and helpful - language, advice, taxis, luggage storage. There's not much around - this is not a tourist area - though Mercado Bom Successo has great food and bars, Continente is a modern supermarket, and Casa Agricola and good bar and restaurant. But it is a 7 minute, 5 euro taxi ride to anywhere central, and very much cheaper than staying central. There is a taxi terminal in the lobby; we never waited more than 5 minutes. Apartments are cleaned 6 days pw and are spacious and comfortable with aircon. No smart tv; we had a Roku which worked fine. A great choice.

Perfecto. Estupenda decoración y muy funcional. Muy buena ubicación cerca del metro. El personal encantador y todas las comodidades posibles. Para repetir. Todo el menaje, limpio y precioso. Muy bien sitio para moverse y conocer Oporto.
