ホテル アビカ エリート(Hotel Abika Elite)

I'm sure this is the most "western" hotel in Ujjain. We stayed for a night as part of a Wild Frontiers trip and it was fine - rooms were Premier Inn/Hampton Inn standard. Food was bland even for a British tourist - but good enough. There's little in the immediate area and the hotel grounds are nothing to speak of, but we really just needed a stop-off point to visit temples on our way through. No alcohol so bring your own!

Best hotel in Ujjain. Excellent service. Excellent food. Near to MAHAKAL TEMPLE. Located in the centre of the city. Very courteous staff. Big spacious rooms. Overall a great experience. Excellent sleep quality. The restaurant in the hotel serves great local as well as other dishes, which are hot favorite for visitors.

Amazing staff, specially Ravi ji, who guided us with the exact itinerary to visit temples in Ujjain. The rooms were spacious and also food from the restaurant was good. They have maintained good quality of bedding and cleanliness. Will recommend everyone to stay here !

A good experience at the hotel. Friendly hotel with a very accommodating staff always willing to help. Staff called Ravi bhaiya is always on the look out and helpful. Food is good too. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ujjain

Poor handling at front office - if you have booked this place through 3 rd party sites, they try to force sub standard rooms which are pathetic. Arguments lead to upgraded rooms. Food is pathetic made from cheap oils which cause dehydration and one requires to drink lots of water to mitigate the effect. Service is below expectations and the staff is untrained. Surprised that they display so ***y great ratings at the reception. They are exploiting lack of good places to stay around the temples as most visitors in this city and around this area are pilgrims!

Me and my friend stayed in this property.. There was a bat in our room. Attaching pictures of it. Staff was extremely rude at the front desk and restaurant. ***ager was the rudest. Overall property was very unsafe and unhygienic for anyone to occupy.

We reached at 9 am and since it was a long weekend the hotel was packed, however Abhishek at the reception arranged for 3 rooms in half an hour. The hotel is best and clean with quite spacious rooms. The restaurant is also quite big had has a variety of food and the food taste was good. Overall a nice neat and clean place to stay on your visit to Mahakal temple.

My family coming from abika elite..... Amazing for parking and Wi-Fi and .. Food quality is very nice and service is Best but __and for special your meneger's way of speaking is not good att all staff is very nice and cleaning ***agement was very good

I visited this place with my family in first week of Sept and I booked after reading great reviews on several sites. It was also the only 3 star in the city. It was one of the dirtiest hotels ever that I’ve stayed in and its 3 star rating should be ripped off. Restaurant: the food was decent but sofas were ripped open and torn. You’d hardly feel like sitting there. Rooms: oh *** the worst ever. Faucets were leaking and the bathroom was dark and dingy. The mattress had a big brown stain and the wall paint was coming off. Yuck is the word. This was the second category of their delux room that is. Approach. You got to go from very narrow roads to get here. Although Mahakal temple is just 2 kms, the hotel is no good
