"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel despite spending nearly ₹70,000 over a 4-day stay. What stood out most was the behavior of the staff and their approach to customer service. Towards the end of our stay, the staff attempted to charge us ₹3000 for a minor issue—a kalawa stain on a bedsheet and duvet the minor tiny stain could be easily removed with ammonia which the hotel didnt have enough where with all.While I understand that damages may sometimes incur costs, the way this situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. They were argumentative and insisted on additional charges, even applying GST on something as unreasonable as discarding a bedsheet. Discarded items doesnt levy GST. The overall attitude of the staff was quite impolite, which made the experience even more frustrating. After spending a significant amount and staying multiple days, I expected a more courteous and customer-friendly approach rather than being confronted over such petty matters. I would advise future guests to be cautious and clarify such policies in advance. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay.
