Compliment to all staff for the friendly and hardworking during our stay. A bit disappointed with hotel air con was not cold. Breakfast at the first day stay was bad. I think is time to change the menu. I could like to thank 霖霖 for her patience service. She is polite, patient and always serve with a smile. Hopefully to come back to stay with your hotel if we are at Changsa.
ゲゲストThe Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.
กกรมธน ปุบผาโสมตระกูลThe hotel is in a good position, you can walk to gao qiao north subway station for about 760 meters. All staffs have service mind. The room is clean.
KkjarekIt is not a four star hotel but it is in fact a very clean and comfortable place. I was positively surprised. Very good value for money. Very close to metro and comfortable for flight travellers.
