このホテルのサービスは本当に素晴らしかったです！温かく、それでいて押し付けがましくない対応で、とても快適に過ごせました。チェックイン当日、高齢者と子供を連れていたのですが、スタッフの方がすぐに駆け寄ってきて、高齢者の介助や子供の荷物を持ってくださり、終始きめ細やかに案内してくれました。チェックイン時には、部屋での滑り止め対策について丁寧に説明してくださり、さらに子供用のアメニティも用意してくださいました。滞在中、高齢者がぬるま湯を欲しがった際も、電話するとすぐに届けてくださり、使い捨ての紙コップまで添えられていました。どのスタッフの方も本当に忍耐強く、笑顔も癒し系で、細やかな気配りが随所に感じられました。家族旅行でも一人旅でも、どちらにも大変おすすめです！ぜひ体験してみてください！

連住了三晚，酒店很安靜，服務也很不錯，特別要表揚餐廳的阿姨和洗衣房的工作人員。昨晚十一點多還看到男性工作人員在洗衣房工作，早上又出現在了餐廳，動作利落負責很是敬業。步行可達嶽麓山東門，坐索道上山，南門下山地鐵回酒店，都很方便。

ここでの滞在は最高でした！ ロケーション：これ以上ないほど完璧です。行きたいエリアはすべて徒歩圏内で、たくさんのおいしい食べ物や飲み物の選択肢（屋台、レストランなど）がすぐそばにあり、コンビニエンスストアや必要なものすべても同様です。地下鉄も歩いてすぐのところにあり、ショッピングモールもいくつかあります。 部屋：部屋はとても良かったです。設備も充実しており（ガールフレンドが言及する価値があると言っていた非常に優れたヘアドライヤーを含む）、清潔で、装飾も素敵でした。滞在をより充実したものにする便利な技術や追加の心遣いがたくさんありました。少し小さめだったので、衣類を収納するスペースはあまりありませんでしたが、私たちの短い滞在では問題ありませんでした。部屋にはプロジェクターがあり、たくさんの映画（英語を含む）が含まれていて、素敵な心遣いでした。 サービス：サービスは素晴らしかったです！フロントデスクのスタッフは英語を話せませんでしたが、私たちは携帯電話を使って翻訳したので、コミュニケーションに問題はありませんでした。 Xiao Hao、Pei Pei、Xiao Mei は最高で、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれました。コンシェルジュ サービスがあり、いつでも WeChat でチームに連絡できます。おすすめを尋ねたり、具体的な質問をしたりするたびに、彼らは信じられないほど反応が良く、親切でした。 設備: きちんと整えられており、共用エリアはモダンで、朝食は種類が豊富で (西洋料理と中華料理)、無料のランドリーと乾燥機があります。ただし、ジムは小さく、かなり殺風景です。

このホテルにとても満足しました。5泊しましたが、滞在を心から満喫しました。当初は1泊だけのつもりでしたが、結局5泊に延長しました。このホテルを強くお勧めします。 ロケーション - ロケーションは最高でした。太平老街がすぐそばにあり、武義ショッピングエリアも徒歩圏内です。主要な観光スポットにも非常に近く、周辺には飲食店も豊富です。薬局、ローソン、スターバックス、マクドナルド、BK、映画館、スケートリンクも近くにあります。Googleマップは中国では使えないので、Gaodeアプリをダウンロードすることをお勧めします。 客室 - 客室は美しく装飾されていました。柔らかな照明、素敵なバスタブ、快適なベッド、贅沢なシーツ。冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、デザイナーズアームチェアが備わっていました。コーヒーカプセルは毎日2杯提供されました。美しいカップとソーサー、そして水グラスも美しく整えられていました。バスアメニティも質が良く、AIパーソナルアシスタントも利用できました。 サービス - サービスは素晴らしかったです。スタッフはとても温かく、親切でした。 WeChatの使い方が分からなかったので、湖南省博物館のチケット予約を手伝ってくれました。ロボットがいて、食べ物の注文など必要なものすべてをすぐに部屋に届けてくれました。 欠点 セキュリティが不十分で、部屋への出入りが制限されていません。 部屋に全身鏡がありません。 水温が一定でなく、冬はシャワーを浴びるのが快適ではありませんでした。 全体的に 喜んでまた利用したいと思います。家族や友人にもお勧めします。 注意点 Didiはホテルの玄関前まで送ってくれませんでした。ホテルは太平老街の中にあったからです。ホテルは北門入口から約10メートル歩く必要があり、真夜中に到着したため、場所を見つけるのに少し時間がかかりました。石畳の道を荷物を引きずって行かなければなりませんでしたが、それほど苦ではありませんでした。（ホテル入口は最初の写真をご覧ください）

部屋は想像以上に整理されており、清潔でした。 朝食の品数はあまり多くありませんが、味付けはよかったと思います。 フロントの方は英語が苦手のようでしたが、翻訳アプリを駆使し、こちらの意図をくみ取ろうとする姿勢に感謝です。 The room was more organized and clean than I expected. The breakfast was not very extensive, but I think it was well seasoned. The front desk staff seemed to have difficulty with English, but I appreciated their efforts to understand our intentions by making use of a translation app.

部屋が広く、エグゼクティブキングルームにアップグレードしてもらいました。赤ちゃんを連れて長沙に遊びに行ったのですが、荷物が多くて不便でした。ホテルは無料で私の荷物を長沙南駅まで届けてくれました。これは宿泊客にとって大きな負担軽減になります。荷物を持って岳麓山に登るのは大変疲れるので、ホテルにはとても感謝しています。サービス態度も非常に良かったです。

全体的に快適な滞在ができ、将来また来ることを検討します。 部屋は清潔で、手入れが行き届いていて、美しくデザインされていました。私が誕生日を祝っていたとき、ホテルは親切に私をバスタブのある部屋にアップグレードしました。これは素敵な驚きであり、非常に感謝していました。部屋の美学はスタイリッシュで居心地が良く、清潔さは私の期待に応えました。 滞在中もスタッフは素晴らしかった。彼らはフレンドリーで反応が良く、リクエストがあるときはいつでも喜んで助けてくれました。 しかし、いくつかの小さな不便がありました。ホテルは路地内にあるため、タクシーは入り口まで直接運転できません。残念ながら、暴風雨の中に到着し、荷物を持って外に立ち往生しました。さらに悪いことに、ロビーのドアセンサーはあまり反応が悪く、最終的に開く前に数回試みました。雨の中に立って、ドアが私が入る価値があると判断するのを待っているのを数分間面白い(そして少し悲惨な)時間を過ごしました! もう一つの小さな問題はエレベーターでした。 7階建てのホテルの場合、エレベーターは時驚くほど遅く感じました。特に長い一日の後に部屋に戻るとき。 つまり、快適な部屋、思慮深い誕生日のアップグレード、美しいデザイン、優れたサービスが、全体的に快適な滞在をしました。気配りの行き届いたスタッフがいる清潔で美的に快適なブティックホテルをお探しなら、これは間違いなく検討する価値があります。

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The hotel entrance is on the side and can be reached from exits 7-8 of Wuyi Square. The front desk staff is Yuan Yuan and the service is enthusiastic. I will come back next time I have the opportunity
