このホテルのサービスは本当に素晴らしかったです！温かく、それでいて押し付けがましくない対応で、とても快適に過ごせました。チェックイン当日、高齢者と子供を連れていたのですが、スタッフの方がすぐに駆け寄ってきて、高齢者の介助や子供の荷物を持ってくださり、終始きめ細やかに案内してくれました。チェックイン時には、部屋での滑り止め対策について丁寧に説明してくださり、さらに子供用のアメニティも用意してくださいました。滞在中、高齢者がぬるま湯を欲しがった際も、電話するとすぐに届けてくださり、使い捨ての紙コップまで添えられていました。どのスタッフの方も本当に忍耐強く、笑顔も癒し系で、細やかな気配りが随所に感じられました。家族旅行でも一人旅でも、どちらにも大変おすすめです！ぜひ体験してみてください！

部屋は想像以上に整理されており、清潔でした。 朝食の品数はあまり多くありませんが、味付けはよかったと思います。 フロントの方は英語が苦手のようでしたが、翻訳アプリを駆使し、こちらの意図をくみ取ろうとする姿勢に感謝です。 The room was more organized and clean than I expected. The breakfast was not very extensive, but I think it was well seasoned. The front desk staff seemed to have difficulty with English, but I appreciated their efforts to understand our intentions by making use of a translation app.

タイホテルでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。到着した瞬間から、スタッフの皆さんは大変歓迎してくれました。チェックインもスムーズで、上質なバスアメニティや高速Wi-Fiなど、細部まで行き届いたサービスに感謝しています。 ホテルの立地は完璧で、主要な観光スポットに近いながらも、夜は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。朝食ビュッフェも素晴らしかったです。 特に印象的だったのは、サービスの質の高さです。スタッフは必要なものがすべて揃っているよう、期待以上のサービスを提供してくれました。また、周辺エリアのおすすめも教えてくれました。さらに、ランドリーサービスも提供されていて、清掃員の荔枝姐姐さんは親切で感じが良かったです。 また絶対に泊まりたいですし、快適さ、利便性、そして卓越したサービスを求める方にはぜひおすすめします。

このホテルにとても満足しました。5泊しましたが、滞在を心から満喫しました。当初は1泊だけのつもりでしたが、結局5泊に延長しました。このホテルを強くお勧めします。 ロケーション - ロケーションは最高でした。太平老街がすぐそばにあり、武義ショッピングエリアも徒歩圏内です。主要な観光スポットにも非常に近く、周辺には飲食店も豊富です。薬局、ローソン、スターバックス、マクドナルド、BK、映画館、スケートリンクも近くにあります。Googleマップは中国では使えないので、Gaodeアプリをダウンロードすることをお勧めします。 客室 - 客室は美しく装飾されていました。柔らかな照明、素敵なバスタブ、快適なベッド、贅沢なシーツ。冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、デザイナーズアームチェアが備わっていました。コーヒーカプセルは毎日2杯提供されました。美しいカップとソーサー、そして水グラスも美しく整えられていました。バスアメニティも質が良く、AIパーソナルアシスタントも利用できました。 サービス - サービスは素晴らしかったです。スタッフはとても温かく、親切でした。 WeChatの使い方が分からなかったので、湖南省博物館のチケット予約を手伝ってくれました。ロボットがいて、食べ物の注文など必要なものすべてをすぐに部屋に届けてくれました。 欠点 セキュリティが不十分で、部屋への出入りが制限されていません。 部屋に全身鏡がありません。 水温が一定でなく、冬はシャワーを浴びるのが快適ではありませんでした。 全体的に 喜んでまた利用したいと思います。家族や友人にもお勧めします。 注意点 Didiはホテルの玄関前まで送ってくれませんでした。ホテルは太平老街の中にあったからです。ホテルは北門入口から約10メートル歩く必要があり、真夜中に到着したため、場所を見つけるのに少し時間がかかりました。石畳の道を荷物を引きずって行かなければなりませんでしたが、それほど苦ではありませんでした。（ホテル入口は最初の写真をご覧ください）

3泊しましたが、ホテルはとても静かで、サービスもとても良いです。特にレストランの叔母とランドリールームのスタッフを称賛したいと思います。昨夜11時過ぎに、男性スタッフがランドリールームで働いているのを見ました。朝、レストランに再び現れました。彼らはきちんとしていて責任感があり、献身的でした。岳麓の山東門まで歩いて、ケーブルウェイで山を登り、南門で地下鉄を降りてホテルに戻るのはとても便利です。

Wonderful hotel! Location: metro station is right downstairs of the building, line 1 is convenient for basically all attractions. Restaurants around there are various, I can get everything I need. Environment: 54th floor 270 degree river view was amazing. Amenities: fast elevator, smart robot for delivery. I love the art control of lights and curtains in the room, also the screening. Big round tub is soothing too, also the smart toilet! Service: quick response and kind service from receptionists via WeChat, I get constantly high quality service. Food: various choices for breakfast and good size of afternoon tea from the hotel! Advice: upgrade the comb to match the room price, also add English stickers on bath stuffs such as shampoo/shower gel Overall, high recommended hotel. Good for couple trip!

張家界からの移動して来て２泊しました。长沙站西口のすぐ隣（北側）にホテル入口があります。地铁长沙火车站からだと５番口から出た所がホテル入口で大変便利な立地です。私は高铁を降りて東口にでてしまい、東口側にある地铁站の锦泰广场站から、长沙火车站に地铁で移動することになってしまいました。长沙站内で、西口（火车）側に行く必要があったようです。部屋は十分な広さでOK。バスルームに髪の毛がかなり落ちていたのがちょっと残念でしたが、それ以外はまあ清潔でした。朝食は価格相応ですがOK。利用しませんでしたが１Fにランドリーもあり便利そうでした。

I had a pleasant stay overall and would consider coming back in the future. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. As I was celebrating my birthday, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The room’s aesthetic was stylish and cozy, and the cleanliness met my expectations. The staff were also wonderful throughout my stay. They were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I had a request. There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The hotel is located inside an alley, so taxis are unable to drive directly to the entrance. Unfortunately, I arrived during a rainstorm and ended up stranded outside with my luggage. To make matters worse, the lobby door sensor wasn’t very responsive and took several attempts before it finally opened. I spent a few amusing (and slightly miserable) minutes standing in the rain waiting for the door to decide I was worthy of entry! Another small issue was the elevator. For a hotel with only seven floors, the lift felt surprisingly slow at times, especially when heading back to the room after a long day out. That said, the comfortable room, thoughtful birthday upgrade, beautiful design, and excellent service made the stay enjoyable overall. If you’re looking for a clean and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel with attentive staff, this is definitely worth considering.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

豪華な装飾と歴史を感じるホテルです。地下鉄駅が近く、交通もとても便利です。周辺にはコンビニ、レストラン、お土産店などもあり、生活機能は大変充実しております。残念ながら部屋の金庫は機能しませんでした。また、部屋には小さな蛾が飛び回っており、清潔感に欠ける部分もありました。 Wi-Fiも接続できず、指定した無線ネットワークが機能しなくなったようです。これらの点が改善されれば、私はまたこのホテルに泊まると思います。
