「ホテルはとても清潔で、内部の環境も良く、サービスも熱心で、若いウェイターは今回の旅行で出会った人の中で最もフォーマルな服装をしており、設備もとても良く、ホテルの入り口にトラムの停留所があり、とても便利です！歩いていけば、数分以内にスーパーマーケットや中華料理店があります！朝食はとても美味しかったです！」

「あらゆる公共交通機関へのアクセスが抜群の絶好のロケーション！中央駅のすぐそばで、トラムやバスも多数運行しています。マンハイム市内の移動に公共交通機関をご利用でなくても、市内中心部まで徒歩圏内なので問題ありません。総合的におすすめです！」

「Sehr positiv überrascht und ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen !!! Die Lage ist Perfekt da die Stadt Bahn direkt vor der Türe fährt und man vom Hotel aus alles in kürzester Zeit jedes Ziel erreichen kann.. das Personal vom Hotel ist der Hammer und ganz besonders verständnisvoll für die Gäste, sehr einfühlsam sodass man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Dafür bekommen die Damen und Herren von mir ein extra großes Dankeschön und ein besonderes Lob von ganzem Herzen 🙏🏻 ich bin sonst Mega pingelig und gehe grundsätzlich allen Menschen und Personal aus dem Weg aber in dem Hotel fühlt man Herzlichkeit und noch seltener ist die Persönlichkeit die dort ausgestrahlt und repräsentiert wird. Man darf dort einfach nur sein und das reicht schon.. weil man einfach ganz normal Mensch sein kann und sein darf. Vielen Dank und Ihr seid GROSSES KINO UND ICH FEIER EUCH」

「I recently stayed at this establishment and, overall, I’m quite satisfied. The location is simply perfect — close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s definitely a major asset! However, one important downside: the noise at night. The rooms, although nicely decorated, suffer from insufficient soundproofing. You can hear not only people walking outside but also noise from neighboring rooms — sometimes even objects falling in the rooms next door! This clearly affects the quality of sleep, especially for light sleepers. As for the decor, nothing to complain about — it’s modern, tasteful, and well put together. I’d easily give it an 8/10. Regarding the bathroom facilities, they’re functional, but would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially the toilet bowls. While it’s a minor detail, it does impact the overall impression of the place’s standard. I’d rate this aspect a 7/10. In summary, despite a few minor issues, the overall comfort is satisfactory. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located place with good value for money. Overall rating: 8.5/10, with hope that a few improvements will be made soon to reach excellence.」
