「とても、とても良いホテルです。エグゼクティブ ラウンジへの無料アクセスと部屋のアップグレードを提供しています。ホテルは市内中心部の歩行者専用道路から徒歩わずか 2 分という便利な場所にあります。ホテルのスタッフの態度はとても良いです。」

「The room had a view of the trainline, was decent in size but seems the extractor in the bathroom was not working, made it known to the receptionist but not sure it was addressed till we left.」

「The hotel is a wonderful old Victorian building, very close to all major tourist attractions, food shops, pubs and food market. During our 2N stay at the hotel we only faced two issues. 1)the lift is very compact (small) and slow and gave up on the second day of our stay. 2) The sink in the room got clogged but the staff immediately resolved the issue. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend staying at The Angel hotel.😊」

「6mins from train station and just face the shopping center, which is a ideal location for tourists. Affordable price compared with other hotel, and the room is clean. Overall will choose again」

「古くからあるマリオットホテルですが、値段は高くありません。1階のレストランでの夕食も良かったのですが、サービスが少し悪かったです。ワインリストは最初から用意されておらず、料理が出てくるのも遅かったです。一番ひどかったのは部屋の火災報知器です。入居して間もなく、フロントから確認の電話がかかってきました。大丈夫だと伝えると、また担当者がドアをノックしに来ました。安全上の理由だとは理解していますが、翌朝また電話がかかってきて、ドアをノックし、火災報知器に触れたかと聞かれました。警報器は天井に届くほど高い位置に設置されていました。満室だったので、触れるはずもありませんでした。それから、シャワーを浴びた人はいますかと聞かれました。シャワーを浴びただけで火災報知器が作動するなんてあり得ないですよね？朝早くに子供たちを起こしたのに、謝罪もせず出て行ってしまったのです。ホテルに苦情を申し立てましたが、18ポンドの子供の駐車料金を免除されただけでした…。」

「I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. Housekeeping was provided each but you have the option to cancel. The best part for is the location of the hotel. The hotel is located between Cardiff City centre and Cardiff Bay. You can get to both locations within 25 minutes or less. It was quite and peaceful. Would definitely return.」

「Solo travelling. The location was amazing as it was easy to walk around but also drive too. The hotel is under renovation, so some windows are covered depending on where on the view but I think that’s minor. Definitely will be back next time I’m in Cardiff. Thank you.」

「Amazing location that is right by the city centre. Staff were really friendly and we were made to feel super welcome all the way from arrival until we checked out. Room was clean, tidy and warm which was really nice in the colder weather. There wasn’t a huge amount of amenities but for a small hotel the amenities provided proved just enough. Overall super pleased and will definitely be returning for our next trip.」

「Clean, modern, and perfectly situated between the Bay and the city center. The power shower was great and the ”Express Start” breakfast was a lovely bonus. Special shoutout to the reception team who were incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay again!」
