「深夜にマンチェスター空港に到着したので一泊させて頂きました。チェックインも問題なく、朝食もコンパクトですがありがたかったです。 T2からは徒歩7-8分程度、街灯もあるので深夜でも安全に移動ができました。」

「ホテルはとても清潔で、フロントのサービスも素晴らしく、荷物預かりも無料で利用できました。何よりも、防音対策がしっかりされていて、外の音が全く聞こえませんでした。ヘアドライヤーとコーヒーも用意されていました。」

「マンチェスター空港ターミナル1から徒歩わずか10分のロケーション。部屋は清潔ですが、冷蔵庫は全くありません。ホテル内のバーとレストランが、実際には会議室と全く同じように見えるのは、少し期待外れでした。カフェにテーブルと椅子を置いてレストランにしているだけだと思います。ダイニングの雰囲気を盛り上げるまともな照明、家具、装飾はなく、朝食をとる場所のようにも思えません。写真から、テーブルセットを取り除くだけで会場を会議室に戻すことができることがわかります。夕食はホテルの価格で、食事はまあまあだったので、少しがっかりしました。ホテルで食事をしたくない場合は、他のエリアに移動しない限り、近くには何もありません。最も近い徒歩圏内の場所は、空港または鉄道駅です。」

「ホテルは駅とマンチェスター空港のすぐ近くにあります。シャトルバスのサービスは良く、シャトルバスの運転手は親切でユーモアがありました。歩いて行ける距離にあるように見えますが、ホテルまで歩かないようにしてください。 ホテルの部屋は広くて明るいです。 ホテルの朝食もおいしいです。そのため、朝の短いフライトには間違いなく良い選択です。」

「All the staff we encountered were very professional, very organised and friendly too, perfect. The food at dinner was variable. Scampi and chips perfect but the pie and chips ordered came not as ordered but was then changed. The pie was very hard and the gravy served separately was cold. Not pleasant at all. Breakfast however was excellent, five stars. We booked a twin but got a king sized bed and a sofa bed already made up. After remaking the bed, the duvet was just not put in correctly, the duvet cover had a stain on it which was a little concerning. The sofa bed was not fit for purpose except for perhaps a small child. A double bed but about 6cm deep with the springs right on the surface. We couldn’t use it, just hand pressure was enough to feel you would fall through and neither of us are over 11 stone! The shower cubicle almost filled up to over flowing the lip and was very very slippery, a mat was provided thank goodness but it felt unsafe. Window vent was broken so that also gave us a problem. Great staff, awesome breakfast but maintainence maybe needs work and if you book a twin room be prepared to have to share a bed anyway!」
