「My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my entire visit. Every single staff member — from housekeeping to the restaurant team and the pool attendants — went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. The hotel manager, Mr. Eyad, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and kindness. He personally assisted me with a late checkout, as my flight was scheduled later in the day, which made a huge difference. I would also like to commend Ken and Duncan from the restaurant staff, who were remarkably attentive, courteous, and warm. Each morning, they anticipated my preferences, bringing my latte and omelet without me even having to ask. The hotel’s location is superb, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping service provided twice a day, and the quality of the food was excellent. Every detail exceeded my expectations. This was, without doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jordanians are among the kindest people I have met, and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.」
