「Отель супер! Хорошее месторасположение, рядом есть супермаркет и целая улица заведений с ньяма чома по не туристической цене :)) в ресторане отеля тоже вкусно готовят! Сам номер чистый,питьевая вода пополняется, горячая вода есть, надо просто немного подождать. Из минусов только шум из коридора.」

「私たちはここに2回滞在しました。安全で安心、スタッフも素晴らしく、ナイバススーパーマーケット、2階のフードホール、シティマーケットにも近いです。ホテル内には飲食店が2軒あります。朝食ビュッフェは最高です！毎日種類が豊富です。レストラン/バーの料理の質は当たり外れがあり、割引プログラムも少し分かりにくいです。ホテルに直接予約していないため割引対象外と言われましたが、ウェブサイトにはホテルの宿泊客でなくてもレストランの割引を受けられると書いてあります。いずれにせよ、部屋は広くて快適で、バルコニーも素敵でした。バスルームはかなり古びていましたが、プールやジムなどの他の設備は素晴らしかったです。全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、強くお勧めします。」

「The Kenyan staff were wonderful and could not do enough during my stay. The opposite of the Asian staff Buffet Breakfast is not available in Sundays. Yet, took my payment I asked for coffee at breakfast and was told no milk. I then pointed out. That they were offering me cereal. That has milk. I was reluctantly then given milk for my coffee Room was ideal and very clean and modern I cannot understand why they do not have menus in English. Only Chinese 🤷🏾 Asian staff apart from manager. Do not speak English.」

「An excellent hotel with a great environment and superior location. The front desk staff provided warm and attentive service, and the room cleaning was prompt and efficient. All employees were dedicated, resolving issues quickly and always considering guests' needs. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and felt a warm, home-like atmosphere here.」

「it's located literally in the city center! everything is near the hotel. The rooms have no amenities, but are kept clean. It is an inexpensive hotel, so you shouldn't expect much, but the quality is good enough for the price or better.」

「Pros The room has tea, coffee, water, safety deposit box, tv etc. Nice, clean room Wifi was very good Room cleaned well each day Cons If your room is under the restaurant on floor 6, you can hear scraping chairs from the bar above, ask to move to a lower floor. 3000ksh for breakfast ($23!). I wouldn't pay this in Europe, never mind in Africa. Laundry very expensive - what would have cost me $68 from the hotel, actually cost me $13 by getting it done outside at Smartfua Laundromat who collected and returned it within 24 hours. Cant pull curtains all the way across so some light will get in. Restaurant The food was okay on the first night (chicken), however on the second night I had the lamb chops, one was okay, the other had that odd ***** taste of old lamb/lamb which has been frozen a long time. They have good deals on drinks, good service in the bar and the restaurant service was very professional and efficient. Overall, I would book this hotel again.」
