非常好的一家酒店，值得推薦！ 位置很好，附近就是丫丫商場和華人街，購物方便！ 安保嚴格，很安全，房間非常安靜！房間很大，還有陽台，有廚房和小客廳！ 房間設施很齊全，洗衣機、冰箱、廚具、咖啡什麼都有，在非洲十幾天，住的最舒服的一晚，去附近超市買了中國食品，自己做了一頓！ 非常值得推薦！

ケニアを訪れてホテルに関して学んだ最も重要な教訓は、国際的なチェーンブランドを選ぶことかもしれません。ここは今回のケニア旅行で最高のホテルでした。到着後、地元のチェーンホテルを選び、サファリで一泊した後、海辺で過ごし、ナイロビに戻ってからホリデイ・インを選びました。スタッフは歓迎的でフレンドリー、朝食も素晴らしく、プラグの心配もありません。ユニバーサルタイプです。チェーンホテルの標準的なアメニティには、スリッパ、アイロン台、ヘアドライヤー、セーフティボックス、冷蔵庫、ティーセット、アイスペールがあり、階と階の間に製氷機があります。私たちは2部屋予約しましたが、リクエストに応じて、隣り合ったコネクティングルームを提供していただきました。家族連れにはとても便利でした。1つの部屋にはダブルベッド、もう1つの部屋にはツインベッドがあり、2つのコネクティングドア（両側）があり、防音対策も非常に行き届いており、玄関近くの多くのホテルよりも優れています。ジムには優れたカーディオエリアと清潔なプールがあり、カルフールや遊園地の近くの大きなショッピングセンター内にあります。

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

A perfect hotel located close the the international airport. Upon arrival the hotel staff catered for your needs and the reception staff was most friendly. The room was perfect, big clean and had a bath which was helpful for a 3 year old girl. The restaurant was ace, great value for money and the hotel provided a shuttle taxi to the airport for a competitive rate.

EKA に泊まるのは初めてでした。1 泊の予約をして、チェックイン時間の 8 時間前に到着しました。残念ながら、乗り継ぎ便が同じ日だったので、ホテルに泊まることはできませんでした。追加料金なしで早めにチェックインできたことにとても感謝しています。ホテルの経営が柔軟であることもプラスです。スタッフは総じて温かく、プロフェッショナルで、喜んで助けてくれました。また必ず利用します!

一部の野生動物だけを飼育すれば、環境はとても良いです。朝食はおいしいです、朝食と夕食を設定し、ショーを見るために一晩バーベキュー、一晩ヨーロッパの夕食。どちらもかなり良いです。正午に、ショッピングモールの隣で解決されます。あまり多くのゲストはいない、休暇に適しています。

Everything was good. We spent there one night, the staff was friendly and helpful and they even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and a song in the morning - this was very unexpected and very sweet!

I stayed at this hotel for one night on May 4, 2025, and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, in a safe and secure neighborhood. The hotel is gated with visible security, and even Uber drivers are required to state their purpose before entering, which I appreciated as it made me feel safe. There’s also a guard stationed at the entrance to the rooms, adding an extra layer of security. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night’s sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings. The reception staff were friendly and hospitable, making check-in smooth and welcoming. A shopping mall is just a 15-minute walk away, or a short Uber ride costing less than $2. The hotel is also easy to locate. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.
