「The stuff are very kind and helpful but the view of the room is terrible ( there is now view, just a wal Infront the balcony door). The floor ( carpet) was very dirty and make my socks/ feet black. The most worst is that i had no warm water at all. After they fixed the problem i had to open the water like for a 15 minutes before i get a little bit warm water. Unfortunately my experience was not good. With all respect to the stuff i could give this hotel 2 Stars maximum.」

「ホテル自体はまずまずですが、バスルームは少し改装が必要です。一部の客室では、トイレがシャワーエリア内にあります。このような状況は初めて見ましたが、何よりも重要なのは、部屋が清潔で、ホテルが賑やかなエリアに位置しているため、窓には強力な防音対策が必要だったことです。最上階を予約しても、バイクやスポーツカーの音がかなり大きく、深夜0時までしか聞こえません。それ以降は、音は全くしません。私の経験からお話しします。これらのマイナス面を気に留めなかったのは、ホテルのスタッフの方々です。彼らは洗練さとセンスの象徴であり、誰に対しても例外なく親切に対応してくれました。到着した際にも、予約していた部屋をより広く眺めの良い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。ベッドは快適で、私が何を頼んでも、彼らは快く対応してくれました。客室清掃は毎日行われますが、タオルにはなかなか落ちない汚れが残っていました。ホテルの立地は良く、レストラン、スーパーマーケット、銀行、薬局など、文字通りあらゆるものがすぐ近くにあります。ラウチェ・プロムナードとネジメ広場にも行きました。最後に、素敵な屋上レストランがあり、景色も素晴らしいです。」

The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.」
