素晴らしい滞在でした。全体的な経験は完璧です。清潔さと親しみやすさとサービスは素晴らしいです。特に彼がアクラフィエに行くなら、レバノンに旅行している人にホテルをお勧めします。Citeaとの経験は素晴らしかった。私たち二人とも、すべてに感謝したいと思っています。

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

Best in town, peace and quiet and chill. View is a big plus. Staff is excellent. Convenient.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Great stay, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel would be great for a family stay, or even couples or friends! It was an absolute pleasure to spend time in Beirut being housed in this hotel.

Highly recommended and the suite is big with an amazing view. The hotel is perfect from all sides
