「The hotel is located right in the heart of Kluang, in a prime and highly convenient area. Many of the town’s main attractions are within a 10-minute walk, making it an excellent base for exploring. It is also situated right next to a shopping mall, so getting food, groceries, or daily necessities is just a few steps away. The rooms are spacious and reasonably well-maintained. Cleanliness is satisfactory, and the mattress is comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. What truly stands out is the very competitive pricing. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel that still offers decent room quality, this hotel is definitely a great choice.」

「The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The TV only had local channels. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of Kluang Rail Coffee near the train station, massage, convenience stores, and restaurants. The hotel charges a tourism fee of RM10(foreigner)and a deposit of RM50 (refund during check-out).」

「quite an old hotel. facade was not properly maintained as well. Hallway, lift, room windows are not cleaned properly. Worst bed i've ever slept! The room smells too! Some room lights are out too! The most unacceptable one is the toilet doesn't have an exhaust fan! I personally would avoid at all cost next time I come here」
