「We arrived at around 9plus 10 to check in and the counter was already expecting us. Theres plenty of parking around and We love the huge size of the room and toilet , cleanliness! The furniture are abit dated though but i think it’s still acceptable! Bed was comfortable and only thing was the aircon blower got too noisy during the mid night affecting my sleep. Hopefully the aircon can be repaired so that it can benefit other travelers staying at Florence Suite! Oh yes the view was great!!! Can see the mountain when the skies are clear!」

「A simple and quiet place to relax. My wife and I was very pleased with the amenities, cleanliness as well as the services and courteous staff. Highly recommended for families with young children to chill and for couple to have a quality time alone and connect with a simple farm experience.」

「Bedroom and toilet are clean, aircon is cool enough. No hair dryer in the room, need to request from reception. The receptionist is very helpful , try to search for available hair dryer and sent to room. A bit distance from the town area, but environment is quiet, if you prefer the hotel with quiet atmosphere, it suits! The bad is has no lift, need to climb staircase to 1st floor room, maybe not suit for family with old people.」

「I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.」
