「I booked this hotel for my bosses, colleagues, and clients, and the feedback I received from them was that it was a “very good” hotel. The location is convenient, with F&B outlets nearby, and the building itself is relatively new. There were some minor hiccups during check-in, probably because multiple rooms were booked under the same booking number, which may have caused some confusion at the reception. Thankfully, my colleagues were great problem solvers, so the issue was quickly resolved and I had nothing to worry about. Overall, everything was good. The room was basic but had complete amenities, and most importantly, it was clean.」

「Stayed at Otel Hotel Sibu last week. Overall a good and comfortable stay. The room was clean, basic amenities were sufficient, and the location is convenient with nearby shops and food options. Staff were polite and helpful. Good value for money.」

「The room itself was acceptable, but the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress had uneven spots and made sleeping difficult. It appears that other guests have also shared similar feedback.」

「Everything is good except no hotel parking area, it is public council parking with parking fee, no security too if parking at night. The room is very good, but the aircon blower is too loud, till it distracts sleep, room 801.」

「De House Hotel is in a new good location facing waterfront with cafes and shops around, and easy 10min walk to Wisma Sanyan shopping mall, Sibu old town, Central Market & Sibu Night Market. Do note that there are no public buses in Sibu, so do walk/ Grab. Room is fairly clean with new sheets provided every 3 nights, and new towels provided everyday. However, towels & bath mats are grey and do not feel or smell very clean. If you are particular, bring your own. The aircon was dripping and left a huge puddle on the floor (under my luggage) but they changed the room for me immediately and issued me a hotel cafe drink voucher. Strong shower water pressure and firm bedding was my favourite part of the stay. Price is very reasonable and I would consider staying again. Recommended food around the area is Mami Sambal, Tea Alive, Joy food court, Yomie Yogurt, Little Penang and Outright Coffee.」

「The room was clean. The shower is very strong, this part I like it very much. But there is no door in the shower area and the water splash floor near the basin area and the bathroom is wet and dangerous for senior citizens. Front desk staff were very helpful to carry out luggage up to the 2nd floor due to lift malfunctions. Thank you so much」
