「I have been staying at this hotel for the past two years because I enjoy its ambience and location compared to other hotels in Sibu. I would describe it as one of the newer hotels in the area, and it has generally been well maintained. However, during my visits over the past six months, I have noticed several issues that require attention from the management. For example, the hair dryer was not functioning, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were either not properly refilled or not working, and the balcony was not cleaned thoroughly. While these are not major issues individually, if they are not addressed promptly, they may eventually affect the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction. At the moment, I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Nevertheless, I will continue staying here because of its convenience and overall comfort, unless I find a better alternative in Sibu. I sincerely hope to see improvements in the near future. Thank you.」

「Is convenient cause have G MART to buy things and food court next to the hotel. And it's close to the highway, no need to go through heavy traffic in town.」

「タワーは A と B の 2 つあります。私たちの部屋は古いブロック A にあります。ブロック A にのみダブルベッド 2 台がある部屋です。部屋は非常に古くて荒れています。部屋の階に入るのにカード アクセスは不要で、セキュリティが弱いということです。部屋には最低限のアメニティしかなく、ソファやコーヒー テーブルさえありません。駐車場の旋回スペースは狭いです。全体的に、エアコン付きの寝る場所だけが欲しいなら、ここは問題ありません。」

「Stayed at Otel Hotel Sibu last week. Overall a good and comfortable stay. The room was clean, basic amenities were sufficient, and the location is convenient with nearby shops and food options. Staff were polite and helpful. Good value for money.」

「The hotel is at the Sibu town centre thus very convenient to hunt for food and some shopping nearby. The night market is less than 10 mins walk away. Basement car park is available. It is considered second best Hotel in town though the design is outdated. Rooms are nice and cosy and clean. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast is acceptable and the environment is good. The only downside of this Hotel is the security where there is no access control in the lift (key card access to individual floor) and also no security guard at the overhead walkway linking the Hotel to the Shopping complex.」

「I had my very first stay in this hotel last weekend and was wondering why I had never booked this hotel before. The room is spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a weekend stay in Sibu. Check-in and check-out were swift with no major hiccups. And I love the water pressure in the shower, really strong. I don't have any complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Sibu. Look no further, just book!」

「The room itself was acceptable, but the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress had uneven spots and made sleeping difficult. It appears that other guests have also shared similar feedback.」

「With the price, what else would you expect..it's a pretty decent hotel..good location, Popular food court on the next building, easy to find place to eat, walking distance to Ta Kiong Supermarket, Guardian, Watson, Banks also to Wisma Sanyan..stayed here for few times already..very nice to stay for just having a place to sleep and rest..i would recommend this hotel for any work trip travellers..it's cheap, just nice and worth with the price..
