「チェンマイは旧市街以外はかなりの山村ですが、このホテルは景色が美しく、スタッフのサービス態度も良く、英語も堪能でした。ホテルの朝食、ランチ、ディナーはどれもとても美味しかったです。市街地へはシャトルバスがあり、事前に予約すれば利用できます。老舗の5つ星ホテルですが、チェンマイは水質があまり良くない（旅行用フィルターシャワーヘッドの持参をお勧めします）ため、水垢の跡が少しホテルの古さを感じさせます。全体的には非常に満足しています。」

「The room was tidy, clean and specious. The best part is the bed, it was so comfy! There is the KFC restaurant right in front of the hotel opening 24/7 which is very convenient. Distance from Chiangmai International airport to the hotel is approximately 18mins driving.」

「ホテルは、ハードウェアの設備はもちろんのこと、植物が生い茂る大きな庭園のようなものです。レストランのウェイターはいつも眠そうな表情で私に夕食を手配してくれましたが、朝食中にコーヒーマシンの水がなくなり、ゲストがスタッフに階段上のエアコンから水が漏れて水が溜まっていることを注意しなければなりませんでした。しかし誰も気づかなかった。 ７時に外出して清掃を求めるプラカードを張りましたが、午後３時に戻ってきても動きはありませんでした。チェックアウトのときに、レストランが署名した未払いの請求書がまだあることを率先してフロントデスクに伝えていなかったら、ホテル側が私にそれを使うよう求めていたでしょう😁」

「Great beach bungalow type of resort in between Hang Dong and the city, perfect if you have your own wheels. Walls seem thin but the street is quiet. No trouble sleeping. Everything is very neat and clean. Breakfast is the only downside. Cold eggs, cold ham and sausages, and only oranges for fruit during the 6 nights I spent there. But the rooms are great and the pool well maintained. Attached coffee shop is pleasant. Recommended but find breakfast elsewhere.」

「The view of the mountains of green luscious mountains of rainforest, the clouds hovering above is breathtaking . The surrounding peaceful village with local farms were pleasing to the senses, a nice place to relax from the hustle and bustle in big city. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The pool and spa was a must everyday with beautiful view of the greatest mountains in Thailand. The hotel is brand new, rooms are spacious and large bathroom, maybe the best shower in Asia. The mattresses and pillows were of high quality. Im definitely coming back.」
