「Lephant Hotel is a relatively new and well-maintained property that offers a comfortable stay. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, making it a pleasant place to relax. There’s ample parking available, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Located right next to the highway, it’s convenient if you need a quick pit stop during your travels. There are also several shops and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to grab a meal or any essentials you might need. The setting is surprisingly quiet, so you can still enjoy a restful night’s sleep.However, the air conditioning could be improved — it isn’t very cold and takes a while to cool the room. The shower pressure is also on the weaker side. Despite these minor issues, Lephant Hotel provides good value and a comfortable experience overall.」

「Was a hotel we needed for our flight the next day we actually didn’t spend a lot of time in our room we hung out by the pool with some friends we met at the hotel.  When it came time for dinner we tried to use the grab app and it wouldn’t work so the staff at the hotel ordered our food and went and picked it up!  They were amazing! I can’t say enough about the staff they were very helpful!  The room was nice but we only used it to sleep in!  The fridge worked great! Bed was soft which is how we like it!」

「A one stop place for an early flight from suratthani airport just 5 minutes drive away. Convenient 7/11 and restaurant at the location. No kettle in room for that early morning coffee but yes have 7/11 outside. Bed was asleep hard as rock so that refreshing sleep was hard to achieve. All in all ok for just a night rest stop for an early flight. Would I stay again. Yes」

「Staff was super nice and professional. Was an issue with bugs in the room. They moved me immediately and handled it great. So minus points because there was an issue but overall great since they handled it quickly with zero fuss.」

「ガシラのスタッフには本当に感謝しています！長時間の電車の旅の後、午前2時半に疲れ果てて到着し、チェックインのために受付係を起こさなければなりませんでした。彼女はとても親切で、とても助かりました。ホテルは駅から徒歩13分という便利な場所にあるので、タクシーが見つからない夜遅くに到着しても問題ありませんでした。 部屋はとても清潔で広々としており、電気のスイッチにまでプラスチックのカバーが付いていたので、新しいホテルなのでしょう。シャワーは勢いがあり、ベッドは快適で、無料の水もいただきました。 全体的に、このホテルは短い一泊滞在に期待していたすべての点で優れており、スタッフは私たちのために期待以上の対応をしてくれました。」
