「清潔さは特に良くありませんでした。洗面台の壁には埃が積もり、縁の周りにはシミのようなものが付着していました。まるでスタッフがきちんと掃除をしておらず、ざっと見ただけで済ませたかのようでした。ティッシュボックスさえ埃で覆われていました。全体的に清潔感は低く、改善が必要です。整理整頓は重要です。ベッドのシーツは交換して欲しいです。とても冷たかったです。洗面台には髪の毛や糸くずが散らばっていました。マットレスは交換されたのか分かりませんが、シーツは冷たかったです。ベッドサイドテーブルも埃っぽかったです。しかし、景色は素晴らしかったです。朝食の種類はあまり多くありませんでした。」

「This is a very nice hotel with great service, clean rooms and good shower. We had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. There is a washbasin and clothingrack outside too, very handy. There also is a kettle and a big fridge, we were very very happy. In the morning they serve coffee with Thai doughnuts. We would stay here again !!」

「I had a wonderful stay at Is Am Are Stay Boutique in Ratchaburi. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities I needed. While the hotel is in a quiet, residential area, I found this to be a plus, as it provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and a genuinely welcoming experience in Ratchaburi.」

「部屋は広くて清潔でしたが、ベッドは硬くて寝心地が悪かったです。防音対策は十分ではなく、隣の部屋の音がはっきりと聞こえました。冷蔵庫と飲料水が2本用意されていました。駐車場は広く、たくさんの車を停められました。ロビンソンズにも近く、通りの入り口にはセブンイレブンがあります。バスルームにはシャワーカーテンがなかったので、ウェットゾーンとドライゾーンの仕切りがありませんでした。 全体的には良かったし、料金も安かったです。ホテルというよりはアパートのような雰囲気でした。」

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the astonishing landscape that perfectly blends nature’s beauty with the resort’s thoughtfully designed spaces. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the breathtaking sunset views from different vantage points—the restaurant, lake view rooms, and the hotel’s façade all offered a picture-perfect backdrop as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in warm hues. The breakfast was delightful, and every dish served at the restaurant (Inlaya Bar and Grill) was sumptuous, showcasing rich flavors that complemented the serene ambiance. The Krathom Café provided yet another stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. While the food at the café was excellent, there is still room for improvement when it comes to their drinks. However, one area that could be improved in Inlaya Resort is the housekeeping etiquette. During my stay, a housekeeper tried to enter my room using their keycard without knocking or confirming if I wanted my room to be cleaned. It scared me! 😅 While she apologized upon realizing someone was inside, it would be much better if staff ensured guests’ privacy by KNOCKING first and asking for permission before entering. 🙏 Overall, Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi is a hidden gem—a place where nature, comfort, and culinary delights come together to create an unforgettable retreat. With a little attention to detail in service, it would be even more exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Thailand.」

「場所は簡単に見つかります。市内の PTT ガソリンスタンドの近くにレストランがあります。コンビニエンスストア時計塔や市場も近くにありますので、散策して回ることができます。ホテルエリアには便利な駐車場があります。建物の下と正面（屋外）の両方の部屋は清潔です。スタッフは歓迎してくれ、適切なアドバイスをしてくれます。エレベーターがあり、階段も広いです。オープンプラン、高い天井、選択肢が豊富なおいしい朝食。チェックイン当日よりスタッフがお伺いいたします。お茶を求めて、パンを求めていつでも食べられます食事を予約しなくても夜はとても静かです。全体的に、初めての滞在としては大変良くて印象的でした。」
