「Very nice and relaxing stay. Staff were both friendly and attentive. Bed was great, but the pillows were very soft. Not too our liking. The buffet breakfast was excellent on all 3 mornings during our stay. The variety certainly increased on our last day when there seemed to be more people staying at the hotel.」

「The room was nice and clean. It had an elevator and good service. The only issue is you hear everything in the corridor and next rooms TV. It is located outside of the city, which is OK if you have a car or other transportation.」

「清潔さは特に良くありませんでした。洗面台の壁には埃が積もり、縁の周りにはシミのようなものが付着していました。まるでスタッフがきちんと掃除をしておらず、ざっと見ただけで済ませたかのようでした。ティッシュボックスさえ埃で覆われていました。全体的に清潔感は低く、改善が必要です。整理整頓は重要です。ベッドのシーツは交換して欲しいです。とても冷たかったです。洗面台には髪の毛や糸くずが散らばっていました。マットレスは交換されたのか分かりませんが、シーツは冷たかったです。ベッドサイドテーブルも埃っぽかったです。しかし、景色は素晴らしかったです。朝食の種類はあまり多くありませんでした。」

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the astonishing landscape that perfectly blends nature’s beauty with the resort’s thoughtfully designed spaces. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the breathtaking sunset views from different vantage points—the restaurant, lake view rooms, and the hotel’s façade all offered a picture-perfect backdrop as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in warm hues. The breakfast was delightful, and every dish served at the restaurant (Inlaya Bar and Grill) was sumptuous, showcasing rich flavors that complemented the serene ambiance. The Krathom Café provided yet another stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. While the food at the café was excellent, there is still room for improvement when it comes to their drinks. However, one area that could be improved in Inlaya Resort is the housekeeping etiquette. During my stay, a housekeeper tried to enter my room using their keycard without knocking or confirming if I wanted my room to be cleaned. It scared me! 😅 While she apologized upon realizing someone was inside, it would be much better if staff ensured guests’ privacy by KNOCKING first and asking for permission before entering. 🙏 Overall, Inlaya Resort Ratchaburi is a hidden gem—a place where nature, comfort, and culinary delights come together to create an unforgettable retreat. With a little attention to detail in service, it would be even more exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Thailand.」

「ホテルは宣伝通り、美しく、清潔で、24時間警備があり、安全で、ホテルの下にカフェがあります。ホテルに宿泊すると割引クーポンもあります。移動が便利です。バイクも安価でレンタルできます。ヘルメットも用意されています。ゆったりとサイクリングをお楽しみいただけるよう、レンタル自転車もご用意しております。また、朝食にはお粥または目玉焼きが付きます。私はお粥を選びました。とても美味しかったです。あ、コーヒーとホットドリンクのコーナーもありました。写真の通り、24時間セルフサービスゾーン。最高です。」

「部屋は広くて清潔でしたが、ベッドは硬くて寝心地が悪かったです。防音対策は十分ではなく、隣の部屋の音がはっきりと聞こえました。冷蔵庫と飲料水が2本用意されていました。駐車場は広く、たくさんの車を停められました。ロビンソンズにも近く、通りの入り口にはセブンイレブンがあります。バスルームにはシャワーカーテンがなかったので、ウェットゾーンとドライゾーンの仕切りがありませんでした。 全体的には良かったし、料金も安かったです。ホテルというよりはアパートのような雰囲気でした。」

「This is a very nice hotel with great service, clean rooms and good shower. We had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. There is a washbasin and clothingrack outside too, very handy. There also is a kettle and a big fridge, we were very very happy. In the morning they serve coffee with Thai doughnuts. We would stay here again !!」
