Our stay was enjoyable. No unnecessary noises were heard. Water was hot and had plenty of pressure. Breakfast was a standard like any other hotel.

The hotel is undergoing renovations - lots of construction going on all hours of the night and day! No elevator, outdated decor and worn out furniture. The chairs in our room looked like they’d been peed in multiple times! Yuck!!

I reserved a room for three nights and the check-in process was easy. However, I found out that there was no escalator and only stairs were available. The hotel offered a standard continental breakfast which was mediocre. At first glance, the large room appeared clean, but soon after I began to experience symptoms of acute mold exposure. I started looking for potential causes and on the morning of checkout, I discovered that all bathroom fixtures had black mold around the edges. Every morning, I woke up with significant swelling in my face and limbs, sore throat, headache, and fatigue. Interestingly, my symptoms would subside when I was out of the room, and then return upon returning. On the last night of my trip, I booked a room in a different hotel and realized that I had no symptoms of mold poisoning. It was evident that the building had a mold issue, and it was affecting my health. Upon informing the front desk during checkout, I was told that the hotel was renovating the room we had stayed in next. I think a refund or a discount would have been appropriate. It's essential to be aware that sick building syndrome is a real issue. If you're concerned for your health, stear clear of this hotel.

Property was clean, the staff was friendly, and I encountered no issues during my stay. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, I had no complaints and would stay at this property in the future.

It was fantastic! You'll absolutely love the pond! Many rooms that have jetted tubs in room. It's a beautiful hidden gem! Iespecially encourage couples to go and reconnect as my husband and I did. The place is absolutely beautiful ! One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in and a very helpful friendly staff!

The check in was a bit slow -- not the fault of the staff. Computer was extremely slow. Room was nice and big. Beds good. We were lakeside, nice view. Nice pool to take a dip after a day of driving. No hot tub, but the pool water was a nice temp. Good selection for breakfast. Bathroom floor could've used a bit of a clean but was okay. Looks like they're getting ready to do some remodeling but I would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a summertime property, right on the lake would be perfect for then. Winter not so much. Pool is huge and clean and the kids had a blast in it. Breakfast was empty by 8am and not replenished because there was only maybe 4 rooms occupied the same night as us. Lots of renovations going on, so the hotel shared spaces were freezing cold due to construction having exterior doors open. Staff was friendly enough. Parking was easy. Room was very clean but could use more updates around the windows, patio doors, bathroom flooring. Very spacious room.

It could have been cleaned better. Tub was dirty and bits of food were under the sofa bed.
