チンチラのバー付きホテル

Not our first visit, and certainly won’t be our last! On this occasion, we were reassigned to The C******y despite booking the larger and fully self-contained River Cottage, as the team moved to accomodate the needs of a guest with limited mobility. Although we were planning on making use of the River Cottage kitchen (only a microwave in The C******y), Lea and the team went above and beyond to ensure that any possibility of inconvenience was limited, by not only providing some kitchen utensils (chopping board and knife) as requested, but also going the extra mile to provide an entire platter of items for our stay including bread, eggs, fruit etc. Phil also ensured that we were stocked up with a continual supply of firewood to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Upon checking out, we accidentally left a water bottle behind. Not only did Lea promptly let us know, but even offered to mail it to us! Such warm and genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated!

Thank you foe a great stay Stayed elsewhere earlier in the week and left becauae it was so bad, so it was such a relief to find better accomodarion in town. Will stay again and reccomend to others. Room a good size, beds and pillows great nice and clean. Friendly staff
