礼儀正しくてフレンドリーなスタッフ。部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。午後は少し通りの騒音がありますが、夜は静かです。スマートテレビ！問題はありません。またここに泊まらせていただきます。

Very friendly and hospital receptionist. Stayed at the Gregory Hotel instead of the London Hotel due to renovation. Property is new and in excellent condition. Very comfortable and pleasant! I would be happy to stay here again

London hotel sent me to stay at the Gregory hotel due to renovations. Very nice hotel.

Website said hotel can arrange transport from Airpot, however all attempts to call them with the number shown on ********** didn't connect. I therefore booked my own taxi and arrived at the hotel after a very long journey. I was informed by reception that my rooms wasn't available because of maintenance and they had arranged another hotel for me. This was a massive inconvenience as I had deliberately booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the bus station which I needed later in the evening. They booked a taxi for me but didn't actually think to tell the driver where to go. I speak a little russian and listened how the driver was ringing around trying to find the new hotel and swearing more and more aggressively. Frankly the attitude of the staff at the first hotel was pretty dire even by Eastern European standards. On the plus side the hotel they moved me to was ok and without issue. Gave me a bad first impression of Chisina and ruined the rest of my trip. I would avoid at all cost.

They cancelled my booking last min without give me chance to update my credit card... Came to the hotel before chek in and they said that can't give me the room.. My trip was ruined... LIARS !!! UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING AT THE RECEPTION. DO NOT BOOK THIS AWFUL HOTEL

Very tastefully decorated hotel in Central Chisinau. Our room was quite nice and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Most spoke good to excellent English. When we went out for dinner in the evenings, we would WhatsApp the hotel staff and they ordered a cab to bring us back. My only complaint would be the lack of coffee/tea in the room, as well as no drinking glasses. I thought perhaps this is a "COVID" thing, so decided not to mark them down in this review. But if it's their typical policy, I would consider that a let down for a 4 star hotel. Besides, for the money it's difficult to complain.
