Solaris

Our fourth visit to Folegandros and our fourth stay at Solaris, great location overlooking the Chora, nice, very clean, comfortable rooms and a warm welcome every time. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the central squares for dinner if you don’t get distracted by one of the cocktail bars. If you do it might take a little longer! Stroll home might be a little steep but all the better to arrive home with great Greek island legs.

We returned in Folegandros after five years and spent ten days at Solaris hotel as at that time. It’s a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place and Valentini the owner is so nice and always ready to make us feel better. Thé hotel is on a hill just in front the Chora that you can reach in 5 min walking. A few rooms, all with terrace and view to the sea, thé Chora and the Abbey. A beautiful pool with a wonderful view equipped with confortable beds, towels, shower and toilets depandàce. Thé rooms are big and confortable well decorated in white and blue colors. You can have a good breakfast in the patio full of parfumed trees. We thanks Solaris for a wonderful stay. Will come back for sure.

A really lovely hotel with an amazing view across Chora. Valentini and the team were really friendly and super helpful. The rooms were very large with extremely comfortable beds. The team made breakfast to order and nothing was too much trouble. I cant recommend enough and will definitely stay at Solaris again

Best experience in Folegandros. Location just outside Chora (the main town) with great views overlooking Chora and the monastery on top of it. Our room was super clean and big, in typical Cycladic style. We recommend having breakfast just near the pool. Special thanks to Valentini and her team, we really felt at home and can’t wait to come back again!

perfect experiences. we stayed just a few days in Folegandros and one of the reasons we didn't explore away from the lovely Hora and its churches, is because this hotel felt so nice and relaxed, particularly the wonderful swimming pool and pool area. The rooms are clean and nice, very good breakfast served by the pool area at flexible times in the morning and service/personal as nice warm and professional as it gets. In our usual "Family Rating" whenever we leave a place, tje number 1 favourite thing in Folegamdros was this hotel. 5 stars can't be more deserved.

Location ideale vicino alla Chora ma al tempo stesso in una zona più tranquilla, con magnifica vista sulla Panaghia e comunque vicina al porto ed a Ano Meria. Struttura nuova, ben curata, pulita, camere confortevoli, con vista magnifica e colori cicladici. Suggestiva la posizione della piscina. Colazione con biscotti e dolci fatti in casa. Valentini è un'ottima padrona di casa, disponibile e professionale. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliatissimo.
