The staff is very helpfull and kind. The room is spacious with view on Titicaca lake. There are various services available (check the Webiste). My wife had some respiratory issues because of the altitude and the staff was very helpfull providing oxygen even during the night and early morning. A very good place to be to enjoy the lake and a good distance from Puno. We thank the staff of the hotel for their kindness and professionnal behaviour.

Stayed here for several nights after a long biketrip. Lovely hotel. We enjoyed the spa, sauna, views en restaurant. We will remember Glenn, Jezus and the rest of the staff the most for they where amazing helpful and friendly. Thank you very much

Located in the Pre-Inca historical area, with ancient architecture protected and preserved in the center of this hotel... makes it an ideal choice. One safe city block from upscale local flavor restaurants and authentic local artesian street markets. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but no room refrigerator. I did not notice the obvious ADA compliance supports. The hotel common areas and dining room were not well lighted and reliance on natural sunlight seemed to be a theme. This hotel is in the heart of the action and festivals and celebrations can be heard from the windows. The food is excellent! I especially liked the vegetarian selections.
