Nice size shower, bed and room and nice comfy pillows.My wife really loved the shampoo. Body wash and conditioner in the pumpkin. Tanner's mounted in the showers and also the handwash and lotion pumps on the wall by the sink. That made her day :) Only wished they served waffles.

Place seemed really clean. Front desk lady was really helpful when I showed up and when I needed things she was right on it.

Overall cleanliness was good though it appeared the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

This Holiday Inn Express was a great stay for my overnight. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was up to date and very clean. Walk-in shower was great with adjustable shower head and plenty of hot water. Room was toasty with warm heat on a chilly night. To top off my stay was an awesome complimentary breakfast. A wonderful cook prepared fried potatoes, two types of egg omelets, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and sausage gravy. Plus, fruit and cereal were offered. By far, the best breakfast that I have ever experienced at a hotel. I travel a lot each month and this was a refreshing experience!!! Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, not just rolls and coffee. We'll be staying there again. No major concerns. Room was fine no odor and clean. We were told by the front desk that there were no rooms available per our request. Five minutes later we booked a room with ******* for $10 less. Not sure what that was all about.

It was 400 feet away from a sports bar/restaurant called Roosters which was very convenient.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was good!! Convenient location. Would stay here again!!

Hotel is nice enough and new-ish. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. They served the same things for 4 days straight though.

Breakfast was wonderful. Bathroom wasn’t very clean though, and the carpet in the room was very, very damp. On a 16hr drive and seen this place had nice reviews and then seen they had a jetted tub! Heck yea! - except the jets didn’t work and the tub was dirty. Really promising hotel and would stay again - but not very happy with the issues listed

The hotel rooms were not clean by any means. The rooms were damp like there was no circulation, smelled like cigarettes (being a non smoking hotel) just disgusting. The pool looked absolutely disgusting with a dark green hue. I spent a few hours sanitzing my room so it fealt cleaner. I should have left but we were only staying to sleep so that we could visit hocking hills. Stay somewhere else. This was the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in in the whole 40 years i have been alive.

This hotel is probably one of the most efficient, cleanest, and friendliest I’ve ever stayed. The two different people that worked the front desk were outstanding in making sure we needed nothing. The sweet lady putting out breakfast was so nice. I wish she and I could have sat and visited a while. She was just that nice. I also want to mention the young man that was hired the day before our stay. It was his first day. He was respectful, kind and enthusiastically cleaning the hall in front of the elevator. Pros: Everything was perfect. Cons: Absolutely none. GOOD JOB HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS !

Staff was very nice, breakfast was good. Close to Chillicothe and Tecumseh. Our room was very big and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool water greenish and lobby had an “off smell” upon entering. If it had a chlorine smell at least you knew where smell was coming from.
